Chateaufort 

Châteaufort well what can i say we have stayed in this beautiful chateau in the centre of Langeais many times now it is simply stunning. The chateau is managed by Inge & Ian who are the most perfect hosts they greet you on arrival and nothing is too much trouble. we stayed for 10 days as a large group of 19 the chateau is perfect for large groups the ground floor has lots of different rooms so you never have to be on top of each other. Inge & Ian are always available to help with organising restaurants or activities should you require them to. The chateau has many bedrooms all are beautiful and tastefully decorated. The pool at the chateau is superb lovely and warm and cleaned regularly we always take pool toys This beautiful chateau is within walking distance to the centre of Langeais where you will find a boulangerie for fresh bakeries and pastries the town has a few shops cafes restaurants and bar and on sundays has a wonderful market. we have traveled around the area to other little towns & villages i can recommend Saumur this is a beautiful town with wonderful little shops and chateaus to visit we also went to Amboise this is also gorgeous and well worth a visit. We have made some fabulous memories here so much so we have booked again for 2025. This Chateau is well worth a visit.
