What a beautiful place to stay. We arrived early and were greeted in the garden by our host who took us to our beautiful room at the front of the Chateau. The gardens are lovely to sit in. The food is superb on a quality/price matrix and the service is very friendly. Having spoken French throughout I found out that the Chatelaine was born in Thurso and raised in South Africa. Her husband is from Lyon and cooks in the great lyonnaise tradition. Tremendous value for money. As they say hereabouts n’hésitez pas.
