We are currently staying here for 3 days and the family whom own this are just simply wonderful and nothing is too much trouble for them. It's super clean and just minutes from everything you could possibly need or want. The price was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. They even bought a new cot for our 6 month old to sleep in. Will definitely be returning here next year 

Our 3rd year here.We couldn't fault it.Breakfast was fab,room was clean,bright and fresh.Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely owners.Free parking which is a bonus but you have to do a bit of jiggling.Seriously considering staying again next year.

Lovely rooms; clean, modern, shower was excellent, fan in room and we stayed in July at its hottest, beds were comfortable there was four of us in the room 3 adults and one child and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The staff were amazing, so helpful and there ever time we needed them, so accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Can not thank them enough for such a lovey stay, we will be back!

We stayed at this property over 1 weekend for two nights. We were looking for cheap accommodation that was clean and centrally located and this is exactly what we got. The room was immaculate with fresh sheets, enough towels and even some shower gels included. There was plenty of tea and coffee making facilities too. The shower was very powerful and better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in. We stayed in room 5 (Family room). Parking was included on site, albeit limited in busier periods. The breakfast was amazing - super yummy and the B&B was very accommodating if you changed certain aspects to suit your taste.

The only downsides were that the area itself is a little rough. There was a very run down house next to the property. There was often a couple of scruffy looking men wondering around (one even with bare feet)! The property is off of a main roundabout so you can hear traffic and sirens. The walls are very thin to the property so you can hear next door cough, conversations and the telly if on loud. 

Weymouth train station is just around the corner and it is a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a gormet burger restaurant around the corner which is lovely as well as Chili's (an Indian) which we would highly recommend. The B&B is located about 30 minutes from Lulworth Cove and Monkey World.

All in all a great stya,

Although it's not on the seafront the premises is central for everything in the area and not far from the railway station. We arrived at time specified to find nobody at the premises but after a couple of phone calls we were told someone would be there in approx ten minutes as they were on the school run. They duly arrived and advised us on parking and showed us to our room, which was a family room although there was only me and my wife. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. It was at the front of the building and at night could be a bit noisy for some people as the road opposite is very busy. But we both slept quite well during our two night stay. The small dining area was like the rest of the inside very clean and the breakfast was also very good. The staff were very obliging and friendly. The slight downside is the parking issue as street parking permits are issued to residents which only leaves limited space. We parked outside one evening which required the staff moving vehicles to get in and out when you arrive and leave. We parked in the car park virtually opposite for the second night as we wanted to get off early the next day. It cost £10 for the period we parked. All in all you get great value at Charlotte Guest house and previous reviews stating the immediate area is run down are quite harsh. It matches an a lot of seaside place lately in that not a lot of money is being ploughed into the area. But it most certainly is not in a bad position

Great basic B&B.

Positives: staff were really helpful. The guy on arrival couldn’t have been more helpful, the lady who I think runs the place was very friendly and helpful.  The room was comfortable, clean, everything you would expect. The shower is excellent! Hot and powerful. Only 5 minutes walk from the town/seafront.

Negatives: parking can be a bit difficult, there is the potential there to be blocked in but this is managed very well in their defence. I can see in other reviews that the surrounding buildings are a bit run down but I don’t see what the owners can do about this so it’s a little unfair. 

Overall a great little B&B, it’s nothing fancy but it doesn’t pretend to be. Would stay again if I’m Weymouth.

Stayed here with friends while completing the Jurassic park mighty hike for MacMillan. Had checked on street view the location so knew it was lots of commercial buildings. Wasn't blown away by the exterior but when we got inside the place was beautifully set out and immaculately clean. We had a family room, double and bunks and an en suite. Great little room for a girls weekend.

2 minutes walk from the clock tower on the seafront.

Owners could not be more helpful in finding us a parking spot and offered to cook breakfast early for us on the Saturday as we were setting off early for the hike.

Nothing was too much trouble.

Room was a little noisy at night from Street noise, but that's completely out of control of the owners.

Breakfast was good... Cracking toast!!

Immaculately clean

Amazing budget stay!

Lovely as always

Through the pandemic me and my partner were forced into emergency housing for over 6 months, we started off here and it all started lovely, really thought we got lucky but soon did it change. Me and my partner are mentally ill and needed support, the owner got told that on multiple occasions. And they never understood they always made my Boyfriend seem like he was in the wrong for feeling depressed. If you made the tiny mistake they would kick you out we got threatened 3 times over silly things. The owner zorah was also talking about us to other house mates and then they soon turned on us and didn’t want us there any more. 
Every week we got moved to different rooms with all of our belonging we were the only ones ever to be moved that quickly and that much in one stay. We had a curfew, we where not allowed back in if we had a drink if we did (along side others that live there) we would be the only one who would get a warning. 
They kicked us out because my partner had an episode (due to split personality and autism) he broke a mirror by accident we told them straight away and was toke all we had to do was pay it back. Any way £50 later for a Mirror I could have brought brand new for £20 max they still kicked us out for it. 
Then after we had left then then proceeded to try and blame us for a wardrobe door that was broken (already broken and reported when we moved in ) and also a fan we didn’t even have a fan in that room. And the room they shoved is in at the end was a stupidly small loft room and my partner couldn’t even stand up. 
Anyway over all horrid place, rude owners and never would visit (but I guess when you live there for a long period of time you see the true colours of people )
