To start with, they couldn't find our reservation at the check in. Although we had printed reservation confirmation  from tatil.com (which is their only registered agent) they told us it is our problem and we should call tatil.com to clear the issue, which was impossible to do because tatil.com had stopped its call center service due to Covid and they only responded via mail which takes about 1 week. We called the police and while they arrived hotel found our reservation in a so called check list and we were able to check in after a 2 hours of nerve breaking arguement. We would be heading back home if it wasn't the Çeşme police. Many thanks for their attention and prompt response. The next day we have learn't that tatil.com even had an agent present in the hotel but they even didnot bother to call the guy already present in the hotel. This is our 6th consecutive stay in this hotel. Service was never so good but it was always clean and cozy. This year the new owners managed to change the hotel to a military barrack. The dining hall which had great view has been covered with aluminum brown planks with the whitest florescent lights. Everywhere was dirty, hotel rooms, spaces between the rooms. Pools were not being cleaned. They were literally green. Both me and my daughter had diarrhea and the people staying in the next room had it as well. There were many immigrant workers many of them barely spoke Turkish. None of the wore their masks properly if they wore them at all. Don'T go there. Stay somewhere else.

Don't stay there

We picked this beach because it is situated on the best beach (Ilıca). However, the service was way too slow, the showers weren’t working and the toilets smelled awful. Aaaand the music... The music was awful. The dj had some choices and I can say that listening to  low quality T-rap all day destroyed my experience on a beautiful beach with a beautiful view.  

Better go somewhere else

This hotel was picked out for us by our Turkish friends who have spent summers in Cesme for 30 years, but who also have a place on Sanibel Island, Florida.  Huge, open, clean room, next to beach,... lounge chairs, giant poolside pillows. Room had a huge balcony. Charlie at reception speaks excellent English. He made sure we got everything we wanted, and managed our transportation. We told him it was our wedding anniversary — flowers on our king-size bed every day. 

Make you feel special!

We stayed family 2+1 gör 4 nights in the end of pick season (Turkish holidays). We did not expect something special, as we know the hotel already has negative reputation, but others big hotels were fool booked. The area is spacious, and I believe it was a great hotel in the past. Location is perfect, entrance to sea is wonderful, as sea around is turquoise colour, not so deep, not so finely. Hotel has sea water large swimming pool. Breakfast buffet is small, but enough to get bored in four days. Service still exists but seems to be disappear around breakfast buffet and sea entrance. At another parts of hotel service felling in limbo. During all four days no any housekeeper came to clean the room, even after complaining at the reception and request, nobody took garbage from the room, no towels changing. Poor variety even at the bar (no any real coffee, only Nescafé, no ice cream). But one of the staff offer me to stay in private lounge at the beach with extra of charge (1000tl ~ 170$) with one bottle of whiskey/vodka  while I came to join sea day with 7 y.o. daughter 😁. Other area of the hotel is in pickle condition. Come to hotel to join sea and pool, not other things, and escape. Can recommend to stay one night max 

Good sea, bad service 

I’ve been there on the first week of October. After reading other’s clients reviews about how bad is this hotel, I was a bit scared that I’m gonna have a bad experience. To be honest, the hotel is just fabulous, my room was very clean and spacious, staff are so nice and friendly and breakfast was just delicious. It’s true that they don’t speak English but nobody in Çeşme does, Turkish is the first language but people are so nice and help you all the time. So if you want to wake up with a sea view and sounds of waves, or if you wanna sleep with the sounds of fish jumping out of water at midnight, go there! I will definitely go back there next year as I have such a lovely experience.  teşekkür ederimNora

Magic place

It’s true that they don’t speak English but nobody in Çeşme does, Turkish is the first language but people are so nice and help you all the time. So if you want to wake up with a sea view and sounds of waves, or if you wanna sleep with the sounds of fish jumping out of water at midnight, go there! 
I will definitely go back there next year as I have such a lovely experience.

Magic place nice staff

This is the third time in last 5 years I've stayed in this hotel. We always went in off- peak season, it was very quiet so didn't have any service issues. We didn't expect much, only had breakfast in the hotel and service wasn't too bad in first two times we stayed there.

It has the best location in Cesme, absolutely stunning, 10 mins driving from Alacati, beautiful beaches, sea and the best sun set, however, this year, it totally went down the hill and gave us the worst experience ever you could possibly get. It's been advertised as 4 star, IT'S NOT!!

The 1st room I checked in, someone clearly had been sick in the bathroom previously. Nobody bothered to clean it. I asked to be moved in to another room. The block I stayed (right  on the sea front), it's very basic; bed, wardrobe, chair, bathroom. 

Damp on the wall, door frame, water tank cover for toilet falling off, I tried to change the room, it's fully booked.

I stayed for 9 days, no visit from housekeeping despite asking for it twice. 
All around the hotel is very dirty. Staff walking pass the dirty tissues and food pieces on the floor and rather than picking them up, they're kicking them under the tables. They're clearly not motivated and not happy. I haven't seen any managers walking around and checking anything at all. The place is absolutely filthy!! Whoever owns/manages this place clearly have no idea about service and hotel management!!

You can't sit at the bar area, stinks of sewage!!! 

I forgot to take the pictures of the room but the ones I've loaded here are from the beach area. The rubbish is everywhere and the ones in the picture were there for a week. Food stations have plates and cutlery sitting on them for days despite staff walking pass them regularly.  

This was my last stay here, I wont be going back unless they make some drastic changes.

Worst hotel ever!! Absolutely filthy!!

Great location next to a beach, awesome view and nice little studio cabins.

My wife and I plus a large group of friends stayed at the hotel for about five days to attend our friend's wedding. All in all, beautiful location/infrastructure but dreadful experience:
- our room (including towels, bedsheets, even toilet paper!) was very dirty;
- a considerable amount of money and other valuables (e.g., perfumes and alcoholic beverages) were stolen from our friends' rooms;
- the staff was not responsive to these complains.

Dreadful experience

My partner and I stayed in this hotel in August 2018 for 4 nights. We were part of a big group staying in this hotel for a wedding organisation. We had a terrible experience. 

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel. Towels and sheets had large stains; toilet and shower had dirt marks when we checked in. Plates and glasses had food marks all around. Beach pillows were filthy. 

The staff (with few exceptions) was very rude and insolent. (For example, a cleaning staff entered our room at 9:30 am while we were sleeping and refused to leave and some staff joined the wedding party without being invited.) We were left with a bitter taste after every interaction. 

I can summarise that it was the worst hotel experience of my life.
