My husband and I are just leaving this hotel today and it was really a wonderful stay. The property is one block away from the heart of downtown Siem Reap (pub street and the night market), so it’s super convenient, but the really bright spot is the staff. The front desk staff is SO HELPFUL! They were unbelievably kind and welcoming and helped us reserve tuktuks to see Angkor Wat and other temples, plus do a few nearby tours (Apopo and the Killing Fields memorial). They also booked a car pickup to take us to the airport. The prices are reasonable for bar service at the refreshing and clean crystal clear pool. Our Jr Suite was large and comfortable. The AC kept the room cold (as we like it) and the bathroom was spacious. There was a little undercurrent of bass noise from the weekend party scene, but honestly it was like white noise for me. I fell asleep without issue every night.
