Great resort. Not too big so everything easy to get to. Wonderful modern room. Privileged Junior Suite which was large and spotless. Many thanks to our maid Jenny Dias for keeping it so clean and tidy. Wonderful service with helpful friendly staff. Great service at the beach bar from Christian and Elizabeth. They were very welcoming and remembered our usual drinks very quickly. They were always happy to help with a big smile every time. Wonderful service at the main bar each evening. Each young lady serving us was more than happy to take our drinks order. Special mention to Mariledi who couldn't be more welcoming and gave us extra special service, so friendly and very personable. Miss her hugs already. Massive thank you to Martina in the beach resturant for making our holiday even more special by decorating our table each day and giving me a flower to place in my hair. She waited on us in such a special and caring way. Making us feel like the on holiday makers in the whole place. She is a credit to her job! The hotel emailed me back straight away when I requested a ground floor room due to my husbands mobility stating they had made a note on booking. The hotel made the effort to read this and accommodated us perfectly. The grounds are beautiful and in all the years of travelling were the best kept and pretty. There is a little bit of construction going on at the moment but it didnt affect our holiday in the slightest. What people need to remember is that this is an all year round resort and they have to do the work at some point to make the rooms better for their guests in the future. The beach was stunning, some seaweed but thats nature. The gentleman on the beach were up bright and early everyday and worked tirelessly to clean it up. Hundreds of sunbeds available anytime of the day. The pool made a nice change occasionally with never an issue to get sunbeds there either. Added bonus having the pizzeria and sandwich bar close by too. Really great distance from the airport so after a long flight it's perfect and very quick check in. We landed at 2.30pm and were unpacked and on the beach by 3.30pm. Overall wonderful time hence the fact we are returning next year. Thanks Catalonia Bavaro.
