We had our family vacation there and stayed in the appartments in the city itself. It was very convenient because you can just walk 5 min to the city. The place is very clean and comfortable to stay. We enjoyed it and will visit again in the future. 
Tanya is very polite. 

Excellent stay

Tanya is awesome. She explained us everything regarding the apt and the neighborhood. The apt is everything we needed, cute, comfy and clean. 
Well located near by great restaurants such as Driftwood, Italy in the World, Que Pasa? and many others. 
We are city people, so we took buses pretty much everywhere, to the butterfly farm, to mangel halto very easy and cheap. Except to go in land, we explored in land by ATV with Kini Kini tours. 
There is a beach within 10-15 min walking from the apt, called Surfside Beach. Just bring sunblock and towels, you can rent 2 chairs and sun umbrella at surfside beach bar for $15 and spent the whole day there. I highly recommend staying at Cataleya, and if i'm coming back to the island again, i'll def stay here.

Great apartment and location

My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights in apt 4 in Noord. It is a spacious, 2 BR apt with a living room and kitchenette. The home was immaculate, beds very comfortable, and had anything you might need. Tanya provides beach towels, chairs and a cooler. You do need a car to access the beaches but they are only minutes away. Outside the apartment is a lovely sitting area with sofas , which is covered for shade. The pool is very nice and there is a grill and lounge chairs. It is very quiet and private. Tanya was totally accessible and recommended some good restaurants.  This is a wonderful value and I would highly recommend staying here. There are 3 apartments now with 3 more to open shortly. 

Outstanding Noord apartment 

It was my second time in Aruba and once again I stayed at the apartments. I truly recommend them, Tanya is a great host!! She is always available to help and has nice tips about the city. The apartments are clean, located downtown and away from the tourist area, so you can indeed enjoy the city as locals do. Shopping malls and the beach are on walking distance (less than 10 minutes).

Apart from that, there are great restaurant options nearby, especially the El Gaucho (worth a visit if you are in Aruba).

Nice place away from tourist zone

I got the studio with a small balcony. The inside of the studio is nice, neat and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The property is located in a calm street at the end of the shopping street where there is a tram stop. It is around 10 min by foot from the beach. A supermarket and a few restaurants are nearby also. The host, Tanya, is very nice. She provided me with very useful information and was always ready to answer any question I had. The wifi connection was a little slow, but I had a pleasant experience overall.
