照片看着还挺漂亮的客房对吧，但是实际情况是这样的，一进入接待处一股浓浓的臭味扑面而来，地上铺了一层纸皮子，床品很臭还有跳蚤，卫生间没有热水，垃圾桶不收拾，早餐根本不敢吃，千万不要去!!!!!
The Worst hostal I have been stayed in my whole life, they have lost of flea in the bed, the most horrible experience!!!

My girlfriend and I booked a twin room with 2 beds + breakfast for a deal of 17 $ per night. We had a confirmed booking mail though booking.com. When we arrived at the hotel at 22.45 we were told that they didn't know about our reservation . We could though get a small room with only 1 small bed for the same price. This wasn't fair, so we asked for atleast to get a cut off the price. Their offer was 14$ and without breakfast. This was really annoying, so we tried to contact the manager, Who clearly refused to pick up the phone, Even though the guy at the reception was texting with her. I would defiantly NOT recommend anyone to stay here, after this very bad and unfair treatment.  

Worst experience!

I don't understand the high ratings...maybe it was just our room (room 1 - twin room downstairs) but both beds had thin fabric mattresses (no springs, not even foam!) and one of the beds had bags of straw under the thin mattress which made it slightly more bearable than the other bed which was no better than sleeping on the floor. We had almost no sleep. Our room stank (of straw, stale tobacco and damp). the shared bathroom was next to our bedroom door and the carpet outside the bathroom door & our bedroom door was soaking wet. Walls were dirty, all of downstairs is grimy and grim (didn't see upstairs). we changed hostels after 1 night.

Room smelled, No proper mattress.

Rooms nice, under the bed not really clean, but who looks under the bed ;o) Breakfast was made in a very sweet way - as if your mom made your breakfast. It includes the typical South American hostel breakfast stuff plus a little glass of fruits. You get scrambled eggs if you ask. Bathrooms clean. Towel included. TV and DVD player in most of the rooms, DVDs at reception, also working in english language. Perfect for a chilly day after drinking all night (bars and pubs nearby), or after sitting on a night bus and feeling like just hanging out. Not far to Plaza San Francisco and other hotspots, just take the next collectivo for 2 bolivianos up the main street and you are right in the middle of the city. Internet works very well in the hostel. Staff super friendly. There is a kitchen which you can use in the evening as well. I can highly recommend this hostel.

Perfect little hostel

Room; comfortable, thick blankets, quiet, big. 

Location; 30 / 45 minute walk to Plaza San Francisco, short distance from yellow line gondola. A few minutes from super market and other useful shops  (pharmacy, printing shop)

Breakfast; toast with jam and butter, fruit, sometimes eggs, coffee, tea, juice. Perfect :)

Kitchen; everything you need to cook a decent evening meal. 

Staff; really friendly and super helpful! Mucho gracias!!!!

Other; small chill area. Souvenirs for sale. Hostel vibes. Bathroom was fine.
