Additional information
Front desk is open 24/7. A series of planned upgrades and renovations scheduled throughout 2026 in the hotel. These works are being carried out in carefully managed stages to ensure that the hotel remains fully operational, with guest experience and service quality maintained at all times.
Throughout 2026, selected room blocks will be temporarily taken out of inventory as part of our upgrade program. All remaining available units, facilities, and services will operate as usual, with clear separation between renovation zones and guest areas.
Swimming Pools and SPA Facilities:
Renovation works will include several pools associated with Junior Suite clusters, while alternative pools will always remain available for in-house guests.
Entrance Pool will be re-opened fully renovated at the beginning of April.
Main Swimming Poolscheduled closure will be from mid-June until mid-September 2026. During this period, the newly renovated entrance pool will serve as the main pool for guests.
The SPA and SPA pool will be temporarily closed only from end of March 2026 till mid June 2026.
At no point will the hotel be without operational swimming pool options.
While the room closures communicated reflect only units directly impacted by renovation works, additional rooms in proximity may be temporarily removed from inventory if required, in order to minimize noise or disturbance and protect guest satisfaction.
