Many dining options within 10-15 minutes drive or less. Also close to Walmart as well as other markets and stores. The staff were friendly and accommodating of my late check in. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Quiet location on a residential street. Was there for Cape Cod marathon and can not emphasize what a great location this is for easy access to Main Street Falmouth.

Very clean.  The staff was very friendly.  Quiet.  I got a very good night's sleep.

Not anything fancy but it completely its function

It's not fancy or loaded with amenities but it's a good choice if you're looking for clean, comfortable, and a good value.

The bottle of red wine & cheese. Very romantic and quiet. The surf and turf was the best. Very kind and friendly people, not only with the owners of the motel, but the guests that we had morning breakfast and a night cap. Clean towels and the bed was turned over even though we didn’t need them to be done. Great cable television, what else could I say. Just a great experience Carleton Circle Motel. Looking forward to seeing them again when we book our next Cape Cod holiday. Thank you again, Danni & Traci

Price matched room. Adequate and good for a single night stay

This place is run by a family with children, so I appreciated that aspect.  The keeper was kind.  The units are somewhat old and have unfinished renovations.  We were comfortable enough.  It was awkward at checkout because the office door was locked.  I just threw the key into the mail slot not knowing what else to do.  The yard and scenery was beautiful.  I would have loved to sit on the patio in the morning, but the chairs were all dilapidated and couldn't be sat on.  Big bummer for me.  I

Everything was great overall. There was a little bit of mold by the lining of the shower/bathtub, but nothing that a toothbrush and vinegar cant fix. The price was great for the location as well

Very basic accommodations. Our family enjoyed our room. Very, very clean, great service, were able to get everything we needed easily, refigerator and microwave in good working order, bright lighting, bathroom VERY clean, and all room/bathroom accessories functioned well. Nice hot water shower. No frills but great place to sleep/rest comfortably in very clean room environment. Close access to many places with life necessities you might need. Close to restaurants open til midnight. Our family of 4, all adults, would rebook here. Was reasonably priced for overnight stay in area. Many tourist attractions close by. Ran high intensity ultraviolet light over beds-RESULT:  CLEAN-NO BEDBUGS!

RECOMMEND

I was a little afraid because some of the rough reviews, but it was overall a good stay. Affordable, but not raggedy. Each room is in a separate little mobile unit, which is nice because you get a little privacy (not hearing neighbors). Very clean bathroom and sheets. My room included a kitchen stove, sink and a dining table set, which I didn't use, but it was a nice touch! Lots of scuffs on the inside of the front door and the bathroom door. That's more of a cosmetic issue, though. It's a 20 minute drive from some of the tourist-y parts of the cape, so definitely bring a car.Property was fine. Nothing sketchy, but not glamorous either. Kept the grass cut, so it didn't look rundown either. I'd stay again!

My husband and I recently stayed here to attend a wedding at Martha’s Vineyard. Everything was booked on the island so we found this place at the last minute which was affordable. We were skeptical due to the negative reviews so we brought our own sheets and towels. When we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by the staff. The room was larger than expected. It was quiet and adequately served our needs for our four-day stay. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the Queen Island ferry which takes about 30 minutes to get to Martha’s Vineyard. Local shopping centers like Walmart, Shop-n-Stop and restaurants are within a 20 minute drive. This was very convenient for traveling back and forth to the island. Overall we had a good experience. I didn’t give the highest ratings due to the cleanliness of the room i.e. the window spaces were dirty and burnt food was left in the stove burners. When my husband turned on the stove, the fire alarm went off. This place is pleasant, affordable and convenient place to stay.

Quick overnight stay for the Falmouth Road Race.  Easy check-in, and the owner was very helpful and accomodating for my needs.  Queen size bedroom I stayed was cozy, but I had everything I needed.  Room was clean and no issues of anything.  There were fridge and microwave in the room, but no coffee maker or utensils.  Shower only.  Bathroom tiles were a bit moldy but clean enough.  Overall I had a plesant stay.

Clean, safe, reasonable

I was quite worried after reading a previous review on what we were going to experience during our stay at the Carleton Circle, but we were on a strict budget so I decided to try it.  I must say I was pleasantly surprised.  The staff was warm and welcoming and our room was clean and quiet.  It was so close to shopping, restaurants, the beach, and the Cape Cod marathon start.  The refrigerator and microwave in our room were the perfect addition to what we needed for our stay.  Our sheets and towels smelled fresh and clean.  The only negative was the creaky box springs, although the beds were still quite comfortable.  The outer appearance of the facility is a little dated, but that didn't bother me.  If you are looking for an affordable motel close to everything, the Carleton Circle is it.

We made a list minute trip to Mashpee, however, all the usual places we stay were sold out.  This place was a last ditch effort, and we were pleasantly surprised.  The price was half what we would have paid elsewhere.  The room I stayed in was recently renovated, so ask to see if they have one available.  I assume by others' comments that they are not all complete yet.  We stayed in unit #35.  Front desk was very pleasant and helpful even though we arrived late evening.  The pool was not working when we stayed and I'm not sure what their plans are with that.  I prefer the beach, so it did not bother me.  I liked the location--more of a country location, but still close to the main drive.  The rooms are not completely  soundproof as it is an older building, so visitors should be respectful of that.   It would be nice if they would put an extra pillow and blanket in the closet.
