This hotel isn't for everyone, if you have high standards, don't stay here. This hotel was clean, friendly and reasonably priced. I stayed here a few weeks and the only thing I would have to complain about... would be the room attendants, there clean is a little different to most, sometimes you needed to get them back in but it wasn't out of control. 
If you're not planning to live in your room, you would have no problems in staying here. :)


Not bad for the money...

If I could give it 0 stars I would. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 ABSOLUTE HUGE RED FLAG 🚩🚩🚩I've been here for awhile because I got put in a bad situation and I thought this place would help me get back on my feet. The owner and co owner is a huge crooks. And absolutely do not care about you. Just $$$$ it's disgusting and never clean. NOT KIDS SAFE. KEEP YOUR KIDS AWAY FROM HERE. TONS OF DRUGS, CRIMES, AND POLICE HERE. A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO DON'T STAY HERE LOITERS AND CAUSES PROBLEMS OUTSIDE BECAUSE THEY'RE SO STRUNG OUT OB DRUGS. ABSOLUTELY NOT KID SAFE
.THERE WAS A STABBING 2 WEEKS AGO AND 3 SHOOTINGS IN THE LAST MONTH AND HALF. BE BEWARED. I had to sleep with one eye open every night. PEOPLE HERE GOTTEN SICK FROM THE MOLD AND THE OWNERS NEVER DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. JUST YOUR $$ Absolutely gross looking water leaking from ceiling bathrooms. Huge holes in walls. HUGE rouche infestation. They will get into EVERYTHING YOU OWN. BLACK MOLDS EVERYWHERE. LEAKS EVERYWHERE. TONS of mice. Good luck trying to keep your food cold in the mini refrigerators. Towels, blanket are super dirty. I gotten towels of dried up blood covered and was told it was clean. Stains and writings on every wall on the rooms. Mystery spots and fluids on walls, floor, and furnitures. Most of the furnitures are broken. No lamps or bulbs. Sink and toilet not clean nor do they work. A/C is missing pieces so it messes up or do not work at all. The locks on front doors do not work. It will jam up or not lock at all and you're at risk of being broke into. There's no lock in the inside of the door so anyone can come in your room. Good luck trying to get a someone to come fix it. If they can't find a worker, they would find some random dude that's meth out to fix it for $10 buck. So you're at risk of having someone dangerous in your room. Forget having a pillow on the bed or clean sheets. Holes in mattresses from bugs and mice. There's no coffee maker, soaps, cups, ice buckets, etc. If the Wi-Fi doesn't work, They don't care to fix it. If the electricity went down for days, or something in your room been broke. They will not return any money and will not take any responsibility for their mistakes to fix it. They will blame it on you even if you only been in your room for 10 minutes.
 DO NOT LEAVE YOUR EXPENSIVE ITEMS IN ROOM WHILE YOU'RE GONE. WORKERS HERE STEALS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A KEY TO GET INTO ANY ROOM IN THIS PROPERTY. THE WORKERS WOULD ALSO GIVE THE KEY TO SOMEONE ELSE TO GET INTO YOUR ROOM. AND NO THEY WILL NOT FIRE HIM OR GIVE HIM CONSEQUENCES FOR THEIR ACTIONS. They upped their prices per night. It is $67 a night and $50 deposit. That's $117. They stopped doing weekly rates so you're required to come in the office everyday to pay. If you plan on staying here, make sure to take pictures of your room before using because the owners will rip you off so they can get a free repair on the money they kept from you. They are greedy and disgusting human beings. STAY AWAY. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND INSPECTOR NEEDS TO COME OUT HERE AND INVESTIGATE AND MAKE THE OWNERS RETURN ALL THE $$$ THEY STOLE FROM PEOPLE STAYING HERE OR WORKING HERE..

ABSOLUTELY RED FLAG 🚩🚩🚩

Worse placed I have ever stayed! The place looked like people have put their bodily fluids everywhere, punched holes it the walls. Their seems to be some electrical problems with the outlets and lamps. I feel like I left with bugs on me. I did not feel safe, cause the deadbolt would not work. I was charged weekend prices for week days and I only got some money back.

Unhealthy 

I had to stay there with my 2 kids for a night. We had to ask for toilet paper right off the bat! Looked like someone spit or puked in our sink and didn't wash it out 😱 Then we found empty bottles from the last guest. There were gnats! The lady in the office asked why I keep calling and bothering her! We called twice! To and then shampoo! I left in tears after she said she would not refund any money!

NEVER AGAIN

Someone had explosive Diarrhea an apparently was never cleaned.  Which contributed the smell being god awful.  I had some visitors in my bed and they were six insects.  Apparently they rented the room with me.   TV kept crapping out so was fun trying to watch some chick flick, and my neighbors had sex too loud and with the lovely thin walls made me feel like I was apart of the action.

Room smelled like Poo

Everything was broken down, holes, paint chipping. No tv reception. No holder for toilet paper, tub was disgusting. I don't know how many of you make coffee in your bathroom. And could we atleast have a light on the nightstand?? Never ever again!
