How to describe Camps Bay Glen? We have just spent two weeks in studio C, the most wonderful experience.
I guess one can say if you want 5 star grand luxury in a glitzy upmarket villa , don’t come here. If you do want a safe, secure , spotlessly clean, rustic and magical hideaway in the best location head for Camps Bay Glen. Yes it’s rustic, yes it’s quirky but, it’s so different to anywhere else in Camps Bay where you would  pay three times the price.Hidden behind the outer doors, you enter a ‘jungle ‘ paradise. The pool area is just superb and you will mostly have it all to yourselves. The studios are basic but have everything you could need, cooking facilities, WiFi, tv, and lovely clean beds. The main house is very large and very nice with beautiful terrace. Mark, Buli and Isaac were wonderful, respectful but friendly and very helpful.
For our first week we didn’t need a car, we walked all overCamps Bay and also walked up to Sea Point. Uber is just great if you need a lift. There is a great restaurant and supermarket just five minutes walk away. We met some lovely people here too and just had the loveliest time. Thank you so much Mark, Buli and Isaac. Carry on doing what you are doing, we appreciate it’s not easy to please all the people all the time but you certainly pleased us.

Just what we were looking for,quirky, rustic and clean!

This place is magical. A true hidden gem in the posh area in Cape town. Once you enter the door you enter a highly private beautiful apartment where all rooms are oriented towards the beautiful and spacious sun deck. Immediately you feel home and do not want to leave this apartment. From the sun deck, the only thing you see next to the pool with comfortable hammocks is trees and see. You have ultimate privacy here. Enthusiastic home chefs have a spacious comfortable kitchen to their disposal as well. The apartment is freshly painted and everything is clean and pleasant to use. Mark is a true super host. His enthusiasm about the beautiful things in life is very contagious and his sincere interest in his guests make you feel at home and appreciated. Mark gave us so much tips and tricks to get the most out of us stay in Cape Town. This place is a no-brainer, go for it!

Magical place

Stayed here for 2 weeks with my uncle and my brother, what a lovely place, everything so old school but modern at the same time, clean sheets and a tidy room every day. Comfortable beds, TV, radio what more can you ask for. Lovely pool with hammocks around the outside. Also a stream rubbing through the place one of the only ones in camps bay. Brilliant wildlife and a well maintained place. Also provides washing and ironing facilities which are done for you at a very cheap price. Close to all the restaurants and the beach. Will most defiantly be visiting again! 🌟

Rustik bay villa

When we first arrived we were slightly underwhelmed by the discreet appearance but as soon as we got through the gate it felt like we had entered into a hidden gem.

The pool area and gardens were lovely, peaceful and a very relaxing escape from the outside world.

Our apartment was quirky, but very clean and comfortable. There was a lovely private terrace.

Location was great 5 mins walk to a little beach cove, 10 to 15mins to Camps Bay main seafront and 10mins drive to table mountain.

The best part is everyone who helps run the accommodation. They are all very friendly helpful and could not do enough for you to make your stay the best.

We had a lovely time.

Wow we as friends are very happy with this accomodation We had the most amazing experience and i will recommend this place to anybody, and it looks exacly the same as it is in the pictures. THANKS Mark and his team.

Campsbay Glen

We (family group of five) spent a wonderful five days in Mark's lovely house and were incredibly well looked after by Mark and his excellent team (special thanks to Buli who couldn't have been more helpful). The house is spotless, and has immense charm and character. We were in the main house and even with the two studios occupied we had all the space and privacy we needed. We particularly enjoyed the deck with its huge table and glorious views - virtually no other houses in sight! Although the weather was cooling down for autumn we still made great use of the lovely pool (especially welcome after a hot hike up Table Mountain). As other reviewers have commented, the house is extremely well situated for Camps Bay beach and main shops, and there is an excellent grocery shop and restaurant within 5 minutes walk (Hussar Grill steaks are superb). All round, outstanding value for money.

A quirky, bohemian, unconventional delight

We visited Cape Town as a large family (14) in April for 2 weeks. Stayed in Camps Bay Glen for entire visit. We where looked after very, very well from Mark and TEAM! Great house with excellent location, views from the balcony, facilities were great - everything you need for a home away from home! Service provided from time of booking to the time we left was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again!! Recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Camps Bay area.
