Booked for five nights after reading reviews. After staying here, every campsite should take a leaf out of their book. Excellent facilities, staff, and attentive attitude. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting this area.

A beautiful, well set out camp ground with fabulous facilities including heated pool with roof that can be opened in the nice weather and closed in the bad. Bonus is you don’t have to pay for extras!!  Staff friendly and accommodating.

Everything included!!

On a recent visit to the Europarcs site at EuroParcs Poort van Maastricht. All went well until the rain started and after less than 20 minutes of rain the site was severely flooded. We called the emergency number they provided at check in and were told they could not help. No alternative was offered and there was 50cm deep water at the front and water flowing under the tent at the back. We had no option to pack up and leave for our own safety as more rain was forecast overnight. When I emailed them for a refund I was told to claim on my insurance. Interestingly my dutch friend received a completely different response. This company is clearly racist and I would recommend anyone avoid them.  
Replies from them have now shown how bad the management of this site are: 
The reply from EuroparcsNL attempts to blame the fact I do not speak dutch and there was miscommunication. It was my Dutch girlfriend who spoke to their "Emergency" number so there was no confusion there. The email I have received is so full of lies it is unbelievable. Rather than admit their mistakes and learn from it they prefer to lie and ignore the risks to their customers.
