No cars on site and spacious pitches make for a relaxed uncrowded experience.  Staff are just wonderful - all of them, and everything has a quality feel to it.  We love the Atlantic beaches and miles of dedicated cycle tracks in this area

We have retruned to Sandaya Soustons for the last 5 years. The children love it, as do we. The facilities are great and the staff are attentive. The local area is great too and we seem to find new gems each year. This year was the local skatepark! We cannot wait to stay again!

Apart from the check-in which took over an hour standing in a long queue, this campsite was perfect in every way. Mainly French families having a lovely time, lots of activities, no cars on site so very safe and quiet.... cabins well spread out, very clean and well equipped.....good shop, restaurant and take-away.... nice tennis courts.... swimming pool area ideal, fun and safe for small children, easy to get a lounger... helpful bike hire on site and great places to cycle to including around the campsite for young children...  friendly staff who speak English. Plenty to do in the area.... beaches, lakes and forests.

A lovely place for a family break. The cabins are all newly done up and modern and the staff and all friendly and helpful, and English speaking! Although we were all older I can that the children's programme would be great with activities running most days/nights. Would definetly recommend. 

I don't write reviews as everyones tastes are different. However, I just wanted to say that if you are a family that finds Keycamps/ Eurocamps just that little bit too big, noisy, pushy etc, this might be for you! Have just returned after a glorious two weeks. It will not be for everyone, but remember this is the other south of France! Charming not pretentious, but what you get at a very reasonable price, I thought was outstanding. Our lodge tent had a shower with hot water whenever needed, a flushing toilet that you never had to empty and very comfortable beds. A kitchen that was ideal for the odd meal and pool complex that never seemed busy. Fresh croissant everyday of the week and a cycle path that meant we cycled to some of the best beaches you will find in Europe. We loved it and all had a great time at Fram Nature!

A big step up from Eurocamp!

A great family break

Quality site, really friendly staff, and a peaceful enjoyable stay

We love our time at Sandaya.

Friendly, well-organised and v pleasant 

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who likes their personal space. The cabins were tiny and had no fans. The outside temperature was well over 30 with no breeze so the cabins were like ovens. 
All clean and well maintained however. 
Not a great location, too far for young children to cycle to the beach and too far to town. The supermarket on site was rubbish with a tiny stock. 
Off season it might be good value but in August I felt robbed. 

Very cramp and hot.

Check-in took over 1,5 hrs due to small window of arrival (starting 5pm) and way too less people to handle the flow of guests. Rule is no cars on the premisis so golf cars were driving your baggage with trailers to the house. After 1,5 hrs wait for reception checkin, the queue for the luggage handling was another 30 minutes. Upon arrival you had to select an time of departure to bring the luggage back to the car. They come to make inventory of the house equipment and then lock you out of the house. This would not be a problem if the guy to pickup the luggage was on time, but he was 30 mins late so we were waiting on the terras in the rain. Very bad experience around checkin and checkout. 

Rest of the week was generally splendid. Nice chalet, clean campsite and facilities. Lots of activities (all in French - could be more internationally oriented) but also here we notice that everything is not necessarily guest oriented. The restaurant people claimed all tables were reserved so denied us access, but there was not one guest sitting at them at the moment we wanted to have dinner. Also at party night I literally had to wait 20 mins at the bar and I still could not order so gave up. Understaffed or not balanced to the needs. Not worth the 5 star rating from guest point of view.
