Stayed one night as part of a Black Hills family getaway that included several different types of accommodations from an AirBNB to a sleeping cabin in Custer State Park. Had reservation for a 2 queen room and was called by hotel to ask if an upgrade to a 2 room suite was ok. I appreciated the phone call because even though I always appreciate an upgrade it doesn’t always suit our room needs best. In this case it was great to have a king bedroom and separate living area with pullout. I also requested rollaway which was in the room when we arrived. Check-in was friendly and efficient with acknowledgement of Diamond status and all the included perks. Room was clean, up to date and spacious. Breakfast at Flyte was very good and Diamond breakfast amenity offset some of the cost. We didn’t use the casino as we have no interest in gambling but it looked nice. I also received a text from Chuck, one of the managers, that evening making sure everything was good. Would highly recommend staying here.
