This was a great place to stay, different than a hotel feel but a welcomed experience

The environment is very warm, but the air conditioner is very noisy and the water temperature in the room is hot and cold

Our cabin was wonderful, clean and roomy.I would highly recommend the cabin but the restaurant on the property was probably the worst food I have ever eaten, dry and tasteless. Don't eat there.

Although 20 miles away from the west entrance to Yellowstone this place is a terrific lodging. Cabins are quite new and large. Beds are great. Staff was friendly . There is a good grocery store next door for any foods you might want to eat in your cabin

The flowers were beautiful and very clean! Would suggest putting more hooks in the bathroom. Maybe on the back of the door to hang your clothes on.

Staff was friendly and attentive.  Cabin was clean and beautiful.  We enjoyed our visit to Island Park.

Reasonably close to West Yellowstone entrance without having to pay exorbitant motel rates. These cabins are in like-new and clean, excellent condition. Very spacious and well appointed. Comfortable beds and bedding. We slept well, in spite of being on the highway side of the area. Good heating and instant hot water for showers. You can't drive right up to your front door. You have to park in a general parking area and drag your suitcases, etc. through the gravel to the cabin you are assigned to. Some are close. Some are not so close. Good news is you can borrow a rubber tired cargo wagon to get your stuff to the cabin. We really enjoyed staying here at the cabins. A nice reprieve from small, expensive motel rooms.The restaurant next door offers simple dinner and breakfast options and there is a grocery/sundry store next door, which was really useful for loading up on ice, etc. before going into the park.

The cabin was very clean and spacious. Only my wife and I were staying there, but the two beds and ample space would have been sufficient for 4 adults.The location was quiet (our cabin wasn't too close to the parking lot to get light/noise from cars pulling in at night).The on-demand water heater did not provide a consistent water temperature for a shower, particularly for the first couple of minutes. The water from the tap though was great for drinking.The staff was very friendly once we got there, but even after contacting them twice before check-in they never sent me instructions for a late check-in (I ended up getting there before the posted 11:00 pm closing hour so there was no problem).I was pleasantly suprised by the quality of the food at the nearby Cowboy Kitchen restaurant: nothing fancy, just good food for both breakfast and dinner.

The cabins were very well done and very cozy and comfortable. The staff was excellent. Laundry facilities were clean cabin was clean. Everything was kept up very nicely. WiFi worked good. 30 minutes from West Yellowstone entrance. Azalea did a wonderful job at the main office always a smile and very nice. We would stay there again ❤️

Cabin was actually pretty large.  Went with the wife and a 14 and 10 year old for 6 days.  It was about 15 minute drive to West Yellowstone, and we didn't mid the drive at all.  There is a store close by for gas and food.  We ate at the place next door for dinner one time, and i definitly would NOT recoomend it.  Would definitly stay here again.

Overall the cabin was very clean and it was great. It is located in a super convenient area, and it was actually pretty quiet dispite being right off the main road. The grocery store near by has everything you need and is in walking distance, so that was nice. The staff was okay, nothing bad to say other than they were all teenagers and not personable at all. When checking out the lady seemed annoyed that I interupted whatever she was doing to give her the key back. That isn't a dealbreaker considering the cabin is clean and the price is right. Parking fills up fast, so be aware that you might be parking a ways from your cabin. You also cannot pull up to it, but they have wagons to help you wheel your stuff to your cabin.

I made a reservation at Cabin Village for a family trip to Yellowstone. My husband and mother-in-law were very impressed.The fact that my mother-in-law could not walk far meant that I had to find a way to get her close to the cabin we were in.The area was beautiful and the amenities were great.We were only able to stay one night due to a family emergency. The supervisor  of the property and hotels.com worked together give me a refund for the last day

I booked a cabin for 5 days, paid in full prior to our stay, & received confirmation of the dates. I called the cabin to confirm our stay while on our way to check in later that night. I was told they had different dates booked for our stay from what was booked & confirmed on my receipt. I was on the phone with Expedia & the cabin for almost 3 hours of our vacation trying to resolve the situation. It wasted most of our planned activity that was scheduled for that day. Most places were sold out for the night because of the late notice. A lady at Cabin Village found a place at a "sister property" for us to stay for the night that was 50 minutes (round trip) out of our way. They had a cabin open for the remaining dates we had booked if we stayed the first night at the other property. The place was dated, run down, & had uncomfortable beds. It received very poor reviews online. It was also a huge inconvenience to unpack our luggage & waste more of our time. What upset us the most was that we were still charged the full price of the cabin, even though we stayed in a subpar property from what we paid for. I expressed my concern multiple times, but never received any compensation or a call back from the cabin. Expedia offered a future credit if we decide to book with them again, but the cabin still charged the full price for the night that we weren't able to stay because of their error. The cabin itself was very nice, clean & comfortable. I would recommend it, but confirm your stay.

We were a family of 4 (all adults) and stayed here in July 2025 for our Yellowstone visit. At the last minute, we decided to also visit Grand Teton. That was a longer drive, but mostly straight, flat roads.  The cabin was large and very comfortable and looked brand new. We stayed in the rear of the property, so we didn't get much of the highway noise. There is a very nice office/lobby, with comfortable couches and chairs, a roomy guest (pay) laundry and free coffee / hot chocolate. The staff were all friendly and helpful.  If you are going to Yellowstone, this is an extra 20 minutes of driving from West Yellowstone, but we would definitely stay there again.  Overall, a great stay!
