Cabañas Ruca Lico

We instantly fell in love with the Ruca Lico Loft Cabin. couldn't have been more perfect. Rustic but with such charm. Plan on making lots of fires and enjoying them with your companion. Beautiful vistas and so much to do in the area. So peaceful.

We stayed in the Loft and fell in love with it the moment we arrived.  It is totally private and peaceful—the perfect retreat from everyday life. The woody building is artfully constructed with tree limbs, making you feel completely in tune with the environment. The layout is perfect for a couple, with everything you need to be at home.The views are amazing, and the deck is perched on a hillside overlooking the lake, with a hammock for relaxing. We hung out and stoked the fire, enjoying the tranquil surroundings. We even made friends with the owner's car, who had her babies while we were there. The owner, Marion, checked in with us every day to make sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend this place.

We can't recommend the cabana highly enough. It is simply beautiful inside and out. Unobstructed view of the lake complete with own balcony area and hammock, incredible structure with so much attention to detail. The interior of the cabin has clearly been a labour of love and the woodwork is really impressive. Kitchen is well equipped, big comfy bed and the spa bath overlooking the lake was just amazing. The owners are also lovely-there was a storm the night we stayed and they came over at 10.30pm with candles and an emergency light to check we were OK! We'd love to come back here someday-and also build our own!!
