Nice environment with great views. The room was large and very clean, new furniture, staff was extremely pleasant and nice. WiFi was free with good access & speed. The bar was available but not also the restaurant, so we were guided to a very good restaurant 100 meters away. Altogether a pleasant stay and a good value for money. We booked through booking.com.

A nice family hotel.
The rooms are with a large bad and o e extensibile sofa. The restaurant was  quite good even you don't have too many choices. The personal was very kind.
Raport price / quality is good.

We rented a room able to accommodate 3 people. The condition of the room was passable, but had some problems. The door was extremely hard to open, and the bathroom door would not stay closed unless locked from the inside. The room clearly needed to be updated; chipped paint, small stains, and rips in the furniture were present. 
However, the room was spacious. The bed and couch were comfortable, and the balcony was pleasant at night. The service was also nice, and the woman at the reception was very kind. Overall, I would come back back if the rooms were fixed up and repainted. 

Basic accommodations in need of renovation 

I have been to this location in 2016 and back then I remember it was a pleasent stay, however now, it was way below expectations. The room was dirty (the sheets on the bed were obviously unchanged), there was a strong smell of sewer in the bathroom. The access is made by going a steap path which is muddy and filled with potholes. Even if the staff was friendly, the dirty clothes and appearance was not appropriate. The location is great, however this is the only reason why the review is not "terrible". 

Below expectations

except for the gentleman at the reception all the staff are deplorable. I paid for a triple room, being with a 4-year-old child and the sofa was broken. I stayed on the 2nd floor and I heard the noises from the whole cottage. The smell in the room was terrible, I stayed longer with the window open. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Omg... I wanted to go to transalpina road and I stop to this place. It was the worst decision ever. The room is horrible, full of mold smell, the bathroom is very small and very old with old accessories. It was awful. The restaurant is OK but is very very expensive and the staff is very very rude. I will not go here even if it eill be free. I intended to stay for a week but I left next day in the morning. Over price... Horrible.

it was terrible staying here.the room was very small with old furiture, dirty floor , dirty towels...it was like staying in the swamp.a very powerfull mold smell.Bathroom was even worst with rusty toilette and broken shower curtain.i arrived late ad couldt move to another mansion as all were booked.the ower of this dump didnt wanted to refund me for this sh.t room.the restaurant have huge prices.

worst value for money

Ariving here after a long day by car was nothing as expected. The rooms were cold, heating did not seem to be working. When asked what the problem is, we got no solution. 
Breakfast was a pain since there is only one person tending to the facility so we had to wait more than half an hour even for coffee.
The noise, well, it was like there were no doors to the rooms.
This could be a great location but currently i would not recommend.
