Ok Hotel i bit from the train station i Zurich but you can easily go there by tram. Good price and the self check in works good but it was a little bit hard to lock and unlock the door.

It was one of the worst stays I ever had. We arrived during the self check in times and got the door codes in advance. When we opened the box, the key was missing. We tried to call the service Hotline several times at 8 o clock (during service times) nobody picked up. After half an hour, somebody called back, giving us the code from another box to finally get in. When we arrived at the roomwe had to recognize a smell from smoke in the room everywhere. We ordered two single beds and got an queen bed instead. The community rooms (kitchen, toilet, rooptop) were in a very bad stahpe. It was smelling everywhere, ashtrays full of cigarretes, and the furniture and cupboards were broken. Please don't belive the pictures, I have stayed in a lot of hostels and group dorms and have never seen something like that. We tried to reach the holtine during the day and wrote a lot of emails. No reply, nothing. I am so disappointed that something like this is still listed on hotels.com and must decide next time using this Plattform instead others.It was so worse that we leaved the place and stayed at a friends place.

Worst hotel in Zurich

It was easy to check in and a good price for a quite big room. It was quite far from the city center but you can easy take the tram.

Due to covid-19 my flight was cancelled. Tried to reach you to know if you can just charged my a fee for the cancellation and refund me some of the reservation money and they're no sensible to that. This doesn't seems to me a well client management. I still need to go to Zurich but for sure will choose another place to stay.

The company does not want to pay back my rental deposit. When I left the apartment they informed me that extra charges will apply although the apartment was left well cleaned. Beware and keep away, with this firm you can only lose.

STAY AWAY from this company

Room not cleaned, food scraps, someone had been smoking in it, made us ill. Drug use on site. Promised a refund then changed their mind and refused. Worst accomodation on the planet.

Went to the hotel and put the pin in the box and I found only one key, not three keys... then had to wait for the receptionist to get into the building which she was late to her job. Making me and my group have to wait... then when she finally came, she begun only to greet me then call someone on her phone while I was waiting to check-in. Halfway through her phone call, she shouted: "give me your key" and then went back to her phone call. Once she finished with her phone call, she then began to lecture me on how it was my fault that I took the key in the box that I was emailed to open and that I must "learn my lesson" (this was repeated to me a few times). Once we got the key, the rest of the say was fine. 

Absolutely rude staff there. This place is no more than a place to sleep in Zurich for cheap. they do not understand the concept of hospitality

Rudest staff in the world

The location is very good, near to a bus stop and a tram stop. The tram goes straight to the centre of Zürich. The room was a good size and the bed linen was clean. There’s a smart TV, which you can watch Netflix on. There was a fridge in the room, which is an added bonus. The shared bathroom and toilet were clean for the entirety of our stay, however, they weren’t very close to our room. We could smell weed, which was being smoked from a room nearby. 

Good for a few nights

The room was spacious, had a mini fridge, desk and hanging space which was good. The window was however broken so wouldn't close which let in alot of noise, the pillows were very large (like 3 normal pillows thick) which made it uncomfortable to sleep on them, and we found a bra next to the bed so not sure how well the room was cleaned for that to have been left there. The bathrooms were modern and well kept. Check in using the key lock was easy, however we weren't advised our room number and it wasn't explained that the number on the key was the combined floor and room number, we thought it just didn't align to any room numbers. I did contact the after hours mobile who quickly responded to explain that. It might be worth explaining it in the check-in instruction though. Overall the stay was fine, the non positive points I mentioned weren't too bad so I would still recommend the hostel.

I liked the cost of this room. It's more of a dorm than a hotel. You shouldn't expect a full service hotel for the price.I didn't like that there was no staff or security available overnight. Luckily nothing happened while I was there, however noise disputes etc could easily escalate.I liked that the floor I was on the shower was private.The communication for checking in was horrible. I didn't get an email explaining to use a code for the lock box. When I sent message a couple days before check-in inquiring how I get my key, the response I got was for someone else's question. Really bizarre. Eventually called and luckily got a hold of someone who explained it to and gave me a code. Never received any promised emails with the code.
