Location, service, and the very comfortabel house it self; 10/10. The houses are all he same and have 3 bedrooms.
Everything you need for your stay is there and if not the friendly staff gets it for you.
It’s equipped with well known quality brands washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven etcetc.
It’s walking distance from an extensive nature reserve, dunes, sea. 
45 minutes from Amsterdam and 45 min from The Hague. 
We stayed ten days and we can highly recommend it.

Had a fantastic two weeks in a great villa at Tulp & Zee. Great walks to the beach and breakfast by the waves. Noordwijk and bike ride through the tulip fields. Great place to stay, great value for quality of accommodation and superb service from the Tulp&Zee team.

We rented a bungalow for a week and found it to be well equipped with a good amount of space for the 4 of us. 
Everything was clean and in good condition with a good shower and 2 toilets so worked fine for us.
The beach is a shortish, flat walk from the complex with lots of shops and restaurants in very easy driving or cycling distance away.   Place if very bicycle friendly with good quality bikes to hire at very good rates compared to the UK 
As an observation, the stairs have quite small treads where it turns but its just something to be aware of as you carry luggage up and down! 
Included in the price is free swimming at a pool about 10 minutes drive away, its lovely with a slide, lazy river and play equipment in the water and well worth the visit.

Would I go again, certainly if we went back to that area and i would recommend this place

The place was nice, clean and spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults and 3 kids. good size kitchen allow you to arrange your food properly. a small playground was advantage for the kids. overall, nice place.
one thing which was a disappointment is the oven. there is no oven to cook, shame.

Nice, comfortable bungalows in a great location. Everything is nearby: bike paths, running/walking trails, beaches. You can rent bikes from the reception, they have a deal on renting for a day/weekend/half week/full week. There is a small lawn and a terrace: you could bring a small grill and barbecue as well. The bungalow is well appointed,  with washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner etc. The kitchen has all the basic utensils/cookware, but bring a few small portions of salt/pepper/vinegar etc if you're planning to cook and don't want to buy bags of stuff you'll end up leaving behind. The same goes for washing up liquid, laundry detergent etc. There is a playground, a couple of goats that kids can feed so generally mainly families come, but everyone was well behaved and the place is quiet at night. I really liked it here and would definitely come back. The beach is one of the nicest I've seen anywhere and the easy access to beautiful outdoors was perfect for us.

A clean, comfortable home from home. Well equipped, comfortable beds. Private garden area and parking. Close to shops and restaurant. Good walks and cycle paths close by. Only 20 km to Amsterdam, used the amazing park and ride, very inexpensive. Also close to The Hague. 
Receptionist was not very forthcoming with Information, not really very interested in us. Polite, but disinterested. 

We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting Keukenhof nearby . Although check in isn't until 4pm they allowed us access earlier so we could drop off our bags which boded well for the visit. Our house, number 62, was at the far corner of the little park. It was clean and comfortable - the living / kitchen space works really well although we found the bedrooms a little on the small side. Everything worked, including the heating which was a relief as we experienced pretty miserable weather. The beach is an easy 15 minute walk away and whilst we only caught a brief glimpse of it as we were keen to return to avoid the storm clouds coming in, it looked fabulous even in these conditions.

Very nice houses, new and good equipped with dishwasher, washing machines and dryer. A nice bath, very spacious house. The car stands near the house itself. Nice warm house because of the heated floors.

We paid a deposit a year ago to visit in school holidays this year but we could not do so because of Covid travel restrictions (Dutch Government banned all UK tourists).
So  we asked to postpone our trip to next year. They refused that.
We then asked them to refund our deposit since we were not allowed to travel from the UK to Holland. They refused that too.
We had to pay a 30% cancellation charge of the total cost!!

We won't be staying here again
