Horrible experience in Warsaw today. Forced to leave this hostel as a result of verbal abuse and physical threats made by member of staff. Have never felt so unsafe and terrified and this was only on arrival! The level of disrespect was incredible and we decided to leave the hostel immediately as a result. 
Would not recommend anyone to stay in this hostel based on our personal experience. Dont waste your money or time! It is really not worth the hassle and is certainly not worth the disrespect and terrible treatment you will be subject to.

Verbally abused by member of staff!

This is probably the worst and disgusting hostel I ever stayed, and not just for the kitchen and bathrooms. Also for the unprofessional girl how attended us. With my friends suspected that she was on drugs. 


Worst hostel ever

I slept there 2 nights, I have to say that this place, since it is a low-cost hostel, was clean and - best thing - very cheap, but every night there were people listening to loud tekno music until 3am, and so it was difficult to sleep until that time.
If I were the owner, I'd fix it.

Not bad but too much noise

Although the checkin starts at 2pm we still had to wait outside the building as nobody answered the doorbell. When we finally were able to get in with the help of a neighbour we were surprised to find that there was nobody available at the reception and had to wait for 30 minutes before someone came. Then we were charged before seeing the rooms and as it turns out they offered us twin beds even though we requested for a double bed. After a while even police showed up there and the environment was not calm at all. Finally after an hour of suffering we were able to get a refund and leave. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

Not a nice experience.

the hostel has a good location, very close to the main train- and coach station in Warsaw. The rooms in the hostel are warm and wifi connection is good. You get a door code which is quite useful because you can come and go without depending on anyone or anything.
I had a booking in 8-bed dorm but since I arrived very late, I was given a 3-bed room instead which was very convenient for me. But there was no key so I couldnt lock my door. The room floor was clean but the small tables next to the beds were quite dirty. my bed was quite uncomfortable because the mattress is very thin and some wooden bed piece under my back was broken.
 Bathrooms and showers were also very dirty.
Even though smoking is not allowed, some guests were still smoking in the kitchen and I could smell it in my room. Also was very noisy so I didnt get much sleep the first night.
