This is not what we expected.  We were told our apartment would be at the 10 Franklin Roosevelt.  After we booked the apartment, we saw only then in the fine print that 10 Franklin Roosevelt was where you picked up the key to the apartment, but it wasn't the apartment location. The apartment would be nearby. Our travel agent called to confirm the address of the apartment, but was told the apartment would be at this location, however, since we were checking in on a Saturday, the office would be closed so we will pick up the key in a locked box and a code would be provided.  We arrived on Sat with luggage and 3 kids at 2pm. Found the locked box, called a number and was given a code for the box. We were told that we would have to wait until 4pm to get our key. Thankfully, the code worked and our packet was in the box with the key. It took us 1.5hr to get to the apartment. The instructions to the apartment were vague and confusing so we took a cab to the apartment which cost $25.  Luckily, there was a cab stand down the block where we found a cab that could take 5 people.    The apartment was clean and had 3 beds for us, but no air conditioning and no fans.  It was hot and we had to sleep wth windows open. This was not ideal because it was loud and cigarette smoke filled the apartment. We used ear plugs, but it was still noisy. Also, we were just blocks from the Moulin Rouge which really wasn't a great area for kids.
