This hotel was fabulous! Staff was amazing. Wasn’t a busy week so was able to sleep in a little past check out time which was helpful. Great location with restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The New owner is a really amazing person, he goes above and beyond for all his guests. He completely transformed this run down property into some place you can actually look forward to staying at whenever visiting or just needing to get away. This property use to be as bad as they come in Lafayette but due to his competence and his great staff he completely transformed this place into an amazing hotel. There is still some work in progress but from speaking to him things will do nothing but get better here as time goes on. It is also extremely safe in comparison to how it use to be.

The TV AND THE TOUCH SCREEN LED LIGHTS AWESOME..

It has roaches in the room and you can’t control the volume of your TV and No staff in the front only in the morning No coffee or complementary breakfast

One of the best if not the best stays I have had.

Awesome!

Gross. Dirty. Bugs. Holes in door, holes in wall, gap under the front door. Dust and dirt on the floors including hair. The other guests were noisey and strong smell of cigarettes as you walked past the rooms. We checked in and 15 minutes we were late for the door. We couldnt leave fast enough. The pictures do NOT match what they offer.

The staff were as nice as they could be. However the property is not in good condition. The rooms are not how they are pictured online. I did not get the room I booked and the first room had black mold and a sink full of some sort of cleaner. When we asked to have the room we booked, they did move us and were nice about it. But the second room had black mold and roaches. Roaches in the bed and bathroom. We had to leave the property and go somewhere else. I’m waiting to find out if I’ll get a refund or not.

My wife and i booked a room at Broadway in LafayetteWhen we got there, the motel was trashy thug Standing around We tried to get our money back from hotel.com.  They said no refund. My advice is never  use hotel  com, never go to this motel . Make sure you have a gun. The conditions and oder will knock you out.
