Just one of the best spots in all of the country. Perfectly priced for this area.. nothing is better.

Just an awesome spot. Comparable price to the "nice" hotels in the area, but the feeling and convenience is exceptionally good.

This IS an amazing place!  It truly is like staying at a resort.  It is clean.  It is close to everything, yet tucked up in the woods so a family can feel off of the beaten path.  There are grills and outside fire pits and a gym and a super nice playground.  I am going back to Decorah in February….I cancelled my hotel reservations from another place to stay at this place.  This place has the WOW factor!!!

Clean room, easy to access.  Weird to not have any connection to a human, but stay went well and there were no issues!

Such a lovely place to stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and easily accessible. I especially enjoyed the water pressure in the showers and how quickly the unit heated up after the outdoor temps plummeted.

Great place to stay … spacious and quaint.

My experience staying here was truly excellent. At first, I had some hesitation about the absence of on-site customer service for check-in. However, the host provided clear and detailed instructions by email, including the entry code and house guidelines, which made the process seamless and very easy to follow. It was just as efficient as checking into a traditional hotel.Once settled, I found the accommodations to be exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully maintained. The space felt welcoming, clean, and peaceful. The bed and pillows in particular were outstanding—I cannot recall the last time I slept so well. This level of comfort truly set the stay apart and exceeded my expectations.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to book here. The combination of convenience, comfort, and professionalism makes it an excellent choice, and I would not hesitate to rebook for future visits.

Other than one of the toilet roll holders hanging off the wall, the dry wall anchors failed. The stay was perfect. Ac works really well, the area is beautiful and quite. Me and my family really enjoyed it. Kitchen and dining area were easy to use and accessible. Two separate bathrooms and bedrooms was very nice.

Love that is is close to Luther College, so many Decorah Parks, the Trout Run Trail for biking of roller skiing (we did both on the trail and had a blast), great mountain biking in the area, wonderful accomodations (design is clean and modern, native gardens, quiet, sense of peacefulness, integrated into the natural landscape, landscape restoration along with recreational opportunities.

We loved this quaint location and the privacy of the individual cabins! They had all the necessities and a rustic vibe with a great location to everything in Decorah. The place was new and had comfortable beds and furniture. My only suggestion is work on the cleanliness (fingerprints were all over everything that's used a lot so it made it seem like counters and such were also probably not wiped down, hair in the shower, dishes and counter had a lot of dust, and some stains on main wall areas and furniture). I wiped everything down myself and rewashed any dishes before using and would definitely still stay again due to the privacy.

We were all in Decorah for a college graduation and a birthday celebration.   We stayed at Bluffside Gardens and it was amazing.   The property is beautiful with native flowers and the way the buildings are arranged makes it very attractive.   The units are decorated simply, but have everything you could need.  It was very clean and the beds were comfy.   We only stayed one night, but loved sitting outside in the morning with the Keurig machine and having coffee and visiting.   The area of Decorah has so many things to do, and this property would be a great place to base out of.   We will stay here again!   Bluffside Gardens is a great addition to the lodging options in the Decorah area.

This new property is new and as such clean. Beds were very comfortable and we did get a great nights sleep. Decorating is spares and could use a warmer touch. Floors are plastic and a bit cold but that does lend itself to a cleaner feel. Couch and chair were ok but it wasn’t in a position to watch TV. Liked the place but would like to see layouts of another unit.

I really enjoyed my stay.  Was in the area for my annual photography outing.  I liked the clean, simple, and roomy accommodation.  The cabins were sort of secluded but on the edge of Decorah so you could find food & other conveniences nearby.  This was my first time staying at Bluffside Gardens, but it won’t be my last!
