Such a beautiful setting right by the sea ! Delightful apartments run by Katerina and her lovely family - all so helpful and friendly. Maria keeps the apartments wonderfully clean and is extremely courteous to guests. I would definitely return.

Great location by the beach, and free to use sunbeds, shade and chill out area by the beach. Extremely friendly hosts willing to do anything to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Really comfortable beds (I know, personal liking but just as I like them!). Possibility to rent a speedboat from the owners (license not needed).

We spent a beautiful time during our stay at Biscoutsis apartments. The house is in a garden in front of a sandy beach. Guests are allowed to use sun loungers, ping-pong table, kayak, surf and bikes. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Further away you can find beautiful beaches, trail and hiking routes. People are very nice and friendly. We enjoyed every moment of our holiday and would like to come back next year. 

Go there without hesitation. 
I have been visiting Greece for 15 years and it was my best accommodation so far. Excellent location by the sea, with private seabeds and umbrellas which you can put on the sandy beach in front. Beautiful, well maintained garden. Fantastic owners, friendly, helpful, relaxed. I enjoyed my quiet morning with book and the coffee in seafront gazebo. You will never regret going there. It is situated next to quieter part of Kavos- which otherwise is a full of life town. But you will never sense it when staying at Biscoutsis.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the personal friendly run Biscoutsis apartments were 1st class, thank you Yiannis and family. We came for the summer breeze soul week thinking the usual basic accommodation was awaiting well it was not basic at all.Yiannis greeted us upon arrival took my wife's suitcase up the stairway to our 1st floor room(nice touch I thought) and showed us our room for the week and gave us a wi- fi password for a neighbouring complex as his was not work(nice touch again). The room had a/c included no charge, a bottle of water in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom and toilet roll, washing up liquid and sponge plus cloth in the kitchenette, along with plates, cups, utensils etc for self catering, no microwave but a mini oven with grill and a hob for cooking and kettle. The room was clean, fresh smelling and even has a mosquito plug in with tablets(nice touch again) the room was spacious with balcony with a sea view. The garden area outside is well maintained, with grapes and lemons i think growing along with a lovely covered seating area, the beach is right in front of you and there are even a few sunbeds to relax on plus a table tennis board, netball net for those energetic people. There is no pool but you can use next doors along with it's bar at the Marina complex, still you have the sea. There is maid service everyday with sheets and bath, hand towels changed twice within our 10 days stay, we will be returning another year for the summer breeze soul week and staying here as it's close to the action but quaint and quiet as well.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It had a fully equipped kitchenette and a smart TV. The owners are most friendly and helpful. It is just a few meters from the center of Kavos but still is very quiet. It has a really beautiful open green space just in front of the sea where you can play table tennis, volleyball or just relax.

Highly recommended! The owner was very helpful and upgraded our room to bigger without additional payment. Room was clean, view from the balcony outstanding. Even though it was in Kavos it was very quiet.

Really cosy place, stayed there at two-bedroom apartment for a week. We had balcony with sea view so it was really nice to see sunrises every morning and have morning coffee on the balcony. It is away from the noisy street. It had parking spaces for cars and the sunbeds were free on the territory, the sea was only couple of meters from the place. Free wi-fi in the rooms. The rooms were cleaned every day so big thanks to the cleaner. It is more suitable to families and for quiet people. I would recommend this place for everybody.

The staff is excellent, cleaning every day and thoroughly, everything regarding the hotel itself is excellent. They even provided us anti-mosquito equipment and checked if we still have enough every day. There are many not expensive restaurants and markets close to the hotel. The hotels territory is wide and green, well managed. The rooms are actually better than on the photo of the hotel! They are big and comfortable and well designed.
But: Location: close to Kavos center where a lot of young people drink, smoke, inhalate happy gas and dance every night, so, noisy, even through the day time from the repetitive music of nearest restaurants. The sea is mostly clean, but boring and swimming is difficult, as there are a lot of hills with sea grass in the water, where you can't swim, but further, where it is deeper, swimming was scary for me as there were fast boats going from time to time... Internet was very bad... First days better to say there was no Internet at all, later (thanks to the owner) it was somehow working. The shower was a bit too small.
