Right in the centre of the city within easy walking distance of main streets, sights and restaurants. Gated parking is available in the courtyard at the back.

Rooms are spacious and pleasant, with wi-fi. Hotel restaurant serves decent and inexpensive meals.

Surprisingly good value for what it is.

I can see why travellers of a certain type would be lured by the Nomad. It seems more familiarly appointed. But Binar is actually more friendly, and more comfortable. I stayed in a double, non-smoking room. There were two single beds, complete with mattresses (that's one up on the Nomad right there). The bathroom is basic but modern and fully functional. There's a small sitting room off the bedroom, which is large with big windows, good curtains and a sturdy armoire. Free, strong wifi, a 24-hour universal (and well-priced) minibar near reception. It's also less than half the price of Nomad. Some staff speak English, some don't, like most everywhere here.

The staff was very friendly, and even spoke a tiny bit of English.  The rooms were amazing!  I was expecting small room with tiny bathroom.  It was the exact opposite.  Really high ceilings, living room, and decent wifi!  Short walk to several restaurants. 

The Binar wins points for its price, location and helpful and friendly service if not for cleanliness and modernity. The rooms are small, the carpets manky, and the bathrooms have seen better days, but there appeared to be plentiful hot water and reasonable water pressure - by no means the norm in these parts.  We arrived very late and had been worried about access to the hotel, but it was not a problem and although the restaurant had closed at 11, the receptionist was able to recommend somewhere local to eat at this time of night. We were able to park immediately outside the hotel with no problems. The breakfast was reasonable and we would return.

Better than the Nomad

Very Surprised!

Excellent value central option, with gated parking

The hotel is not so big. You will be met by a Russian receptionist which  gives a flirty smile. They seem not having any uniform because the receptionist was wearing some clothes like she just came back from night club. 
Rooms are nice and spacious, clean. Generally this hotel is good for business trip.
