Big Fish Guest House

Where to start with a review for ‘Big Fish’ ?! My girlfriend and I initially booked are stay for two nights, which not only escalated for an instant extension to five after our first one, but furthermore, returning for a further three after visiting little corn. We were greeted with a much needed warm welcome after the long boat ride, where Mary quickly demonstrated her impeccable hospitality skills. We were shown to our beautifully contemporary room, with; air conditioning, smart tv and a beautiful bathroom. The following morning the two head waitresses introduced themselves and by the end of the trip became one of the main pulls to the restaurant with their bubbly personalities personifying their general happy attitudes to life which was very infectious. The food was brilliant and great value for money over looking perfectly white beaches and the clear blue ocean. One of the highlights of the trip was being invited to Mary’s Birthday Do in the restaurant, where the fun atmosphere of the restaurant, her generosity and infectious laugh was on full show. Any visit to Corn Island has to at the minimum include a visit to the restaurant opposite the hotel, but in reality, on arrival, you’ll live to regret not having a room at ‘Big Fish’ to fully enjoy the atmosphere and location!
