Hotel Best Tritón 

We stayed here for the first 2 weeks in January. We have stayed in Benalmádena several times previously including the Mac Puerto hotel. This hotel impressed from the start - beautiful huge open plan reception /lounge area. Very modern, stylish and so welcoming with amazing views of the pool and sea. Staff were welcoming and professional but couldn’t locate our booking. Rooms weren’t available until 4 pm and were asked to return then. Used the pool bar and had some wonderful food and wine so reasonably priced. The outside terraces/pools are stunning with modern furniture which is like new and so comfortable. Upon return, after a delay, we were given a wonderful room in block 1 with a great balcony. The room was spacious modern, wonderfully clean with everything you could want. Beds were very comfortable and good linen. We were half board and the buffet food was very good and plenty of choice . Especially liked the cava with breakfast! In the evenings could be busy trying to find a table but always managed. Liked the wok station very much. House wine here is very good and so reasonably priced. All staff were incredibly hard working and very attentive. Housekeeping was however a bit hit and miss. I do think they were rather understaffed when we went and after contacting reception due to missed cleaning things were rectified and a lovely bottle of cava and fruit plate were sent to our room. The outside terraces, pool bar, pool and all areas are modern, extremely well furnished and exceeded all expectations. This hotel far exceeds the offerings of the Mac Puerto. After a fabulous 2 week stay I returned home only to realise I hadn’t cleared our safe properly and left behind a pair of diamond earrings (huge sentimental value). Emailed the hotel and they were the best. Located the item and arranged for them to be sent to me. I am so grateful to you all both for the superb stay and going the extra mile to reunite me with my forgotten items. Already planning our return visit ❤️
