Well it is disgusting, waited half an hour to check in we arrived very early into warsaw and to get an email to say we could not chekc in till after 5 was annoying but OK, on arrival in an apartment block a young woman very direct and rude hand us the keys and tell us it is not in this building but down the street. On entering the shared apartment you are greeted with a prison feel brown walls and dirty floor the apartment was left open and not locked. The room was dirty with holes in the bed sheets, I knew I could not stay here especially because it was my birthday and began to look for other options we went back down into the other building and just handed the key back in without saying anything the woman asked you finished already? And we said it's not for us she swear in polish and we left. Do yourself a favour find something better for the price of this place you can do better or spend a little more money but at all costs AVOID!!!

Walked out! Id rather sleep on the floor in the train station. Someone close it down!

Arrived to a security which didn't speak English and point to wait downstairs which I waited fot around half an hour until someone came to check me in. Found it difficult to understand her English.

The room is very basic and hate to image how cold it will be in proper winter time as the only heating (raidiator) was on the balcony.

The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows.

Here was a share fridge on the balcony area which was shared with next room as well as the toilet and shower.

The lighting wasn't well thoughtout as the switches was at only one end especially in the mini corridor between the main door, toilet/bathroom and the room.

If you don't bring your own towel you can rent for 5zi which I would have expected a towel anyway in the room.

The last day I was faced with a power cut so couldn't charge my phone and when I handed my key to security she was too busy on her mobile to taKe notice I was trying to tell her there is a power cut in my room and next door.

Truely a budget economy hotel, I have been in worse.

Despite all the the complaints, Booking.com claimed it is innocent but still allows these criminals to overcharge people credit card, double the cost of the reservation, with HIDDEN FEES. 

Booking.com allows them to advertise a low price and select them as top pick in search display. See attachment. 

If you filing a CLASS ACTION lawsuit against both BOOKING.COM and Bed4city, I have recorded evidence, contact me!

Avoid!

Horrible. Is not a hotel is a building with apts divided as single rooms, like an Airbnb. No fan. And the sun gets straight down to the bed. No space for more than 1 lugagge. You CANT cancell the reservation and they charge you more than what they say they do in concept of linen, water, electricity, etc. Check in starts at 4PM!! And you have nobody to talk to. Just by email. Ghost hotel. Not recommend.

This is a scam hostel. The online price shown everywhere for 2 nights is 87 pln, but in fact they will charge you more than 200 extra zloty...hidden costs...
No Wi-Fi...dirty place...
There is no real reception just a cgair and a young girl who just checks your name before entering from a hand-written notebook

Thieves - Scam, They will steal you 200 pln more...

After booking my stay with them they charged me double the amount. I called them and they mentioned that the payment went trough some other hotel chain in some other city. The lady was rude and didn't want to refund me claiming that the issue will resolve itself.

In addition I was charged the 200zl extra for hidden service fees and 60zl because I arrived after 8pm... I mentioned on the website that i will arrive after 12 when booking..

They offer cheap prices and then double everything with HIDDEN SERVICE FEES... Its  a Trap..

Worst customer service I have ever seen.... Not only did they steal my money by charging it double to my card, but they were rude , evading their guilt claiming some subsidiary story.. i had tor resolve my issue with an intermediary online...

Criminals and Thieves - Stay Away (MONEY TRAP)

There is no reception desk. When we arrived we got "greeted" by security guard which spoke quite literally zero English. It took about 10 minutes for hotel employee to come to us. We needed to pay extra fee for Wifi. My bed sheets were torn. There was a lot of dust on the counters. Had to share bathroom with about 6 more rooms.

Unpleasant stay. You can find lots of better deals for the same price.

Pros; 
Great location.
Cheap.
Nice restaurants nearby. 
Reasonably clean. (Although see cons below regards shower curtain.)
Powerful shower.
You can control room temperature easily.

Cons;
Extra for WIFI and Towels.
Check-in is 4pm, check out is 10am.
Shower curtain for the first 2 days was mouldy, but then changed and cleaned on a daily basis. (Here for 5 days.)
Nowhere to stand when out of the shower straight into wet slippy floor. 
Rooms separated by a stud wall so you can hear every conversation going on from other rooms. 
Only 1 pillow each bed that was very very soft. 
Bright room at night Curtain only covered 3/4 of the window, and you can see through it anyway. 

Overall, good because of the location and price. Could be improved with a little TLC at minor costs. 

Pros/Cons

It was a fine place for students travelling to stay or for a weekend with a group. There was 9 of us and we found the place clean and beds comfortable. However, one of our beds was broken. Also, we had to pay for towels. 

Average and clean

Highly unrecommended. We stayed at Bed4city for 3 nights and on our arrival day we called them in advance saying that due to an emergency we would arrive after 9.00 pm, the manager said that there is no problem but on the following day the manager in a really rude way asked us to pay extra 60 zloty for late check in (for them late check in is after 9:00 pm even though we called them in advance to let them know that we would arrive after 9:00 pm) so the manager was really rude to us. Even she was speaking in polish and laughing at us at some point with the security guard who also was unfriendly.
Our experience in Bed4city was unpleasant and even it was a problem to get clean towels. If you want to have a good experience in Warsaw avoid Bed4city. There are a lot of better hostels in town.
