Very nice location. However, the rooms are bit old and entire campus was little old. So we moved to Hotel Ambika Sea Green. But cost wise it is very economical as compared to any other good hotel on entire RK Beach.

Nice beach view from this rest house, reasonable price, good staff, neat and clean rooms. On request,they bring food from outside. Conveniently located to visit all the tourist places on the RK beach.

I visited visakhapatnam for a wedding and stayed in this guest house for a night. 
First the location of the property is excellent right in front of the beach with an uninterrupted and 180 degrees view
The property is an apartment converted to guest house 
The apartment complex from outside is very bad with faded paints cement patches etc
One you enter the suite it is completely different and good . Of course there is a  need for the maintenance with door handles coming out and in bathroom paint peeling off
Service is good though you won't get even coffee or tea in the morning before 7.30.
Otherwise the accommodation is value for money for such a low price in that location

Nice location

Beach front !!!

Not too much to say apart from the location as it is just opposite to the beach.
Try to book room no. 301 ( can cost 3000 -3500 /day *non ac offcourse*) which is on the top floor where u can stay with 4 -5 persons otherwise it will be utterly disappointment...all the rooms apart from 301 is too small to stay.
check out time is 9 am. So if u have  train at evening u have to pay extra bucks for smaller room which we got for 1000 rs. Lastly DONT expect any basic amenities like towel, soap, room cleaning, changing of bedsheets or even wi fi....because THEY DONT PROVIDE THAT..... just go, sleep and leave......

Small room as per rate . Bathroom is too much small, there is no minimum place for bath. Front is too dirty, there is a open drain which is no slab Cover and worst smell always. Just Sea view is awesome and direct and staffs are good .

Just ok

We had booked a room for 3 adults for 3 nights in July 2017 and paid the requisite advance through net banking. On arrival we were allocated a room on the second floor. Though the room was clean , the toilet size was so small that one cannot take a bath without touching the toilet bowl.
The AC went out of order during the first night and stopped all together around 7 am the following day. In spite of repeated reminders the AC was not repaired even after 15 hours. The guest house neither had a electrician nor could they arrange a mechanic. As the AC remained out of order, we had no other alternative but quit the hotel by 10 pm.
During my booking , I was promised that a small size car would be arranged for visit to Araku on the second day at a cost of Rs 3300/- and we paid Rs 500/- as advance. The car was never provided and they demanded Rs 2000/- extra to arrange another car.
Overall hotel lacks basic service facility and the staff is very curt and downright unhelpful. I would recommend prospective travellers to book this hotel only at their own peril.

experience during stay

In February 2017 I booked for a room at the property for 26th and 27th September 2017 through booking.com. As per the policy booking.com informed me the booking is confirmed and no pre-payment required. Despite of that I contacted the property owner at his mobile number for asking whether my booking is confirmed and if they will accept any advance, he said yes there is a booking and they will ask for advance.Then onward I messaged at least 5 times through booking.com messenger system and the contact number of the property given at booking.com was not working. In between I have noted in booking.com that the property raised the price from Rs 800 per night to Rs 2500 per night for their deluxe family room as per the season hike, so the intention of the property was clear. Now ultimately I called up the hotel landline(+(91)-891-6566789) searching the same from justdial.com, the hotel staff Santosh informed me on my dates "no rooms are available" and "his records does not show any booking made from Feb 2017, presently only one double is available in Rs 2000 per night". He also said, all booking are made direct and his boss can only talk on booking.com. This time I was annoyed and asked for the boss's number, he denied to share. I have called the number given at booking.com(+91-9985034321) and this time it worked. I asked him directly about the mess-up. He could not give any clear answer but banged the phone with a comment that he has multiple properties and we will be given a room somewhere. I booked the guest house not on the rate of the room but for the location on beach road and close proximity with Novotel Auto stand and as the property was single storied, access for my aged mother would have been easy; also I got the reference of this property from tripadvisor forum. I was ready to pay higher also as per the market rate of season. But the property does not know how to do fair business. The attitude is of line hotels. PLEASE BEWARE FROM BOOKING OF THIS PROPERTY AS THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND SECURE AND FOLLOWS BAD PRACTICE.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen I prefer not to visit this hotel. They are very idiotic instead of this hotel use beside one so don't take this hotel, before paying they won't tell anything but after paying the rent they will levy many restrictions and the room service is nil
