Stayed here with a group of friends while on a tour in Europe. I personally felt it’s a good transit hotel but definitely not a good hotel to stay for more than one night. We were here for two nights. Rooms are really small and two it’s difficult to share with another person if you are booked on a double room. Breakfast was decent and the front desk staff was very helpful and willing to help at all times. You can bring you food or drinks from out and have it in the bar lounge. It’s a newly done hotel with access to most of the food outlets. 

Good staff 

It took a train and a tram to get there from the main train station but it was worth it. There was a heat wave in Zurich and others I knew were complaining about hot hotel rooms and although there was no air conditioning the B and B's location near the country and in an older building meant for cool rooms. Ursula is wonderful. As other reviewers stated she does not speak English but she tries very hard to communicate and google translate works very well. Beds are comfy, washrooms although shared are spotless all the time. Breakfasts are more then plentiful. If you are light sensitive do not get room 2 as there is an opaque glass in the door that allows the hall light to show through. If you take the tram there walk in the direction away from Zurich until you see a pathway going in the same direction . it wil llead you to a road that goes straight up to the B and B. Google maps works appropriately from this point. At he actual stop it takes you on a long tortuous walk along the road that winds.

A little far out but worth the tram ride

We stayed here or 2 nights. The place is clean, has big rooms, and the breakfast was nice. It is located 15 minutes away from the main train station by train. The owner doesn't speak English, but we interacted pretty easily via Google Translate.
