Sylvie was an excellent host providing unobtrusive service when required. Excellent breakfast in comfortable dining room. Beautiful gardens to wander around.

We had such a great stay here! The suite was exceptional and so beautifully decorated. Breakfast was lovely. Sylvie was always on hand if we needed anything, and very kind. Great location and easy access into the city.

Sylvie is an amazing host. The property is beautiful and was spotless. Breakfast is excellent (homemade granola, fresh bread and pastries, egg) Perfect place for a getaway when we explored Bruges Christmas markets.

Next level hostess.  Just an amazing person.  Amazing breakfast prepared and served to you.  And the space is gorgeous--- spacious, comfortable.Sylvie's place is one of a kind and should be strongly considered to stay at by any in the area.  We will be back!

What a wonderful BnB.  We had a lovely time staying at Loverlij.  The name is so appropriate for this little BnB.  The grounds are gorgeous and Sylvia could not have been nicer.  She quickly answered our request for a booking online and was excellent to deal with.

Sylvie is an amazing host, the property is beautiful, romantic, breakfast is excellent ( different jam everyday, homemade granola, fresh bread and pastries, egg,….)Perfect place for a romantic getaway and explore Bruges.

An exquisite country inn close to   Bruge but free from tourist crowding. Impeccably maintained architectural gem. Large suites available with exceptional eye for decorative detail. Surrounding gardens areromantic and lush. Owners friendly and very helpful. A unique experience in a beautiful setting.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. We had an amazing experience. We arrived on motorbike and were greeted by the lovely host, Sylvie, who very kindly offered us the garage to park the bike in. Breakfast was delicious and a good portion to set you up for the day. The gardens are stunning and we enjoyed walking around looking at the beautiful roses!
We will definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful 2 night stay

We stayed in the Loverlij B&B following a hectic weekend in Bruges. This is a gorgeous, self contained suite with exceptional facilities all presided over by our host who could not do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible.  Although the property is just on the outskirts of Bruges and close to one of the main motorways, it has a charm and a country feel which is created by its immaculate buildings and outstanding gardens. The experience was relaxing and enjoyable throughout and exceeded expectations from beginning to end.

A real gem!

We stayed for two nights here and wish we could have stayed longer. The place is magical, the gardens are so beautiful and well kept. The owner is really friendly and kind. Parking was no issue and everything feels so relaxed and comforting. No stress or hassle. We had brought our bikes with us and it took us just 20 minutes to ride into Brugge with them, otherwise driving is only 7 minutes to town.

The Loverlij is a super romantic B&B. Everywhere you can see heartshaped decorations, candlelight, rozes... The garden is extra large and full of seperate chambers with always something new to discover. The lady of the house is very friendly and passionate about her property. The breakfast is also super wiyh fresh fruit and juice, croissants, eggs.....
i recommend this B&B to every  romantic couple.

We stayed at Loverlij last weekend and the pictures, although beautiful, do not do this place justice.

The room we stayed in had a roll top bath, an open fire, which was lit for our arrival and a lovely table and chairs on the terrace. 

We hired a tandem during our stay in Bruges and it took us about 20 minutes to cycle here, but if you've hired a car then it's no time at all. 

Lis was a wonderful host and the breakfast was a gourmet artisanal banquet. We needed a lie down before we could cycle back to Bruges.

We also went to A'Qui for dinner which is only a few minutes away so the whole stay was exceptional. We can't wait to come back!
