I loved my stay here and will always remember the friends I made in my room, FRIDAY BINGO NIGHT in the Loco bar ;). Everyone made me feel so welcome as soon as I arrived and helped my plan my activities for Queenstown on a map which they gave me. Super easy check-in on my phone with the app that they have which the girl behind reception downloaded for me. I only had to use my phone then to get into my room which was cool. I didn't spend that much time in my room as I was out with the friends I made in my room but the room was good with wifi and en-suite bathroom. It also had a balcony in my room. Would recommend here, especially if you are a solo backpacker like me :)
