Nice, clean, quiet, rural, great service, friendly and helpful owner.

Easy to locate, just a short drive off the main road. We really liked it. Nice, cosy, homey place and we would stay again if in that area.

Ideal traditional farmhouse B n B

Came down on Friday 11th stayed till Sunday had the only room left , with two single beds and a separate bathroom. my first thought was damn a separate bathroom, but it was no problem, as we had it to ourselves, and it’s so close to the bedroom it wasn’t a problem. Great recommendations for places to eat out in the evening, and places to visit, the dog was very wellcome. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Pam was very friendly, and cooked a lovely breakfast, lovely stay so chilled , much needed.

Thoroughly unpleasant experience. 
Hope I never come across Pam Bowland again.
Little or no communication. Terrible customer service. Dirty, horrible and lacking warmth.
Not a destination I'd recommend for a holiday.

A total waste of time.

I stayed here for one night and I would definitely recommend it.   My room was warm, clean, fresh, good sized, and comfortable; the ensuite was lovely;  breakfast was perfect;  Pam was a great host, and I would like to thank her again for being so accomodating about by unreasonably early start this morning.   I'd be ver happy to stay here again.

My son had booked a day's wildlife photography workshop for him and me for my birthday present, and arranged an overnight stay at Barn Park Farm for us. Couldn't have been better - nice big ensuite rooms, a lovely cooked breakfast, at an extremely reasonable price. Pam was so helpful, getting us an early breakfast so our photography session could start on time.
Can't recommend it highly enough. 

Overnight stay 

The host was lovely and so accommodating when we gave short notice that we needed to come earlier than check in and was lovely. She let us stay for a bit longer once we checked out which was a nice touch. Wish we were able to stay longer, was truly a lovely guest house. Would come again! The decor and bedding could do with updating fashion-wise but that's my only complaint!

A lovely country getaway, brilliant host and lovely surroundings

Host was really lovely, knowledgeable about the area - very accommodating, even lent us some camping chairs for us to take with us on our walks up the River Otter. Decent size room. Good Breakfast. Would stay again :)

Nice property, lovely host

We booked this place for 1 night. Lovely secluded farm house near to Axminster. The host, Pam, was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was airey with en suite facilities. Comfortable bed with tea and coffee provided. Wi-fi available and a superb full English breakfast. Pam was like your favourite grandmother and very chatty. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay. Many thanks
