We have accidentally discovered this place in our holiday vacation. Nice and cozy location in the mountains, tasty and delicious food. I recommend the Balu plate. The desert was home made Apple pie with vanilla cream very delicious and tasty. If you are with kids let them play at the Balu adventures park. Very friendly staff. You can pay with credit card if you want to check in. In the winter is also a ski area. 

We were there with our company on a Team Building and it was perfect. We had a lot of activities, adventure park, riding ATV, riding a horse and mountain climbing. They have a really good trainer who made our team building even better.
The waiters will do everything for your comfort.
I can recommend this hotel for business and for family trip to.

The owner and the waiters do everything for your comfort. The rooms are OK, and the panorama it's great. The breakfast are rich and self serviced. There are many possibilities to have an active vacation.

A very nice chalet ideally located next to one of the beginners' slopes. The other skiing slopes are close by as well. The staff is really nice, the rooms are very clean and everything makes an enjoyable experience.

It is situated right in Balu adventure park and it is owned by the same people who own the park. The room are decent, clean but the tv's are really small. The bathroom is clean and they provide towels and soap. Everything else, like shampoo, conditioner, etc. you have to bring with you. 
The food is served either in the restaurant- 1 st floor or in the front of the lodge right next to the park. 
Almost every time we ate we preffered to stay outside and enjoy the fresh air and eatch all the people doing the outdoor activities. 
It's definetly worth a visit.
