Had very great stay and excellent ambience in Baden Lodge. Exceptional customer service. Perfect for family stay. Value for Money and perfect place in Rotorua to stay. all visiting places are nearby, I would recommend it to others.

we enjoyed alot with our friends in this motel,manager helped us with late checkin at 1 am spa was our favourite part,unit was very clean and tidy we will surely come back again@cheers to baden lodge motel.

The service was fantastic as well as the friendly staff made it worth it.
Was needing a extra bedding and the manager came to help at 2am in the morning.
The hot tub was amazing 
A must motel to stay if in Rotorua.


I visted there with my friends and room was very neat n clean as well as the spa tub in the room was excellent experience. It was  worth spending at this place. Special thanks to samarth the guy on the reception helps us to explore rotorua. It was a great experience.

I have  stayed this place last Saturday with my family.stay was worthable and valuable 
Staff was very friendly and supportive,
Little bit old property but very comfortable 
Mr.samarth (manager)provide  us perfect service what we needed mostly in our stay.
Unit is properly heated due to their gas heaters.
Parking and WiFi is free of cost.
I will surely came back in this motel for my next stay.

I had a perfect stay with my family at this Motel. The room and other facilities were good overall. Moreover, the general manager, Mr. Samarth Arora was there to help whenever required. I would love to stay in the same place in the future.

The room was perfect for the family and the manager(Samarth) was helpful too. Overall lovely motel, will come back sure and stay in same place. Will recommend this place if you are looking for lovely stay while you are in Rotorua.

Small but spacious if it makes sense, very warm and the spa was amazing and I can't fault the staff and their services great👍💯💯💯

For the price you pay this is hands down the best your going to get in Rotorua!!!

The managers were so kind to us and accomodating when we got delayed by a cyclone in Queensland.  The motel is budget side but we were satisfied although did not use the spa. The Kitchenette was good (hot plates, cookware, microwave toaster etc) shower hot water and bed comfortable. Quiet. Parking a bit tricky but manageable. Street parking ok if you don’t want to navigate the steep driveway. Very close to shops eg Pak n save, Woolies, and to CBD. Plenty of choice for restaurants and takeaways.

+ Really great price for what you get+ Lots of space+ Good Location+ Staff were polite and friendly- Pretty Rundown- Spa was reallly dirty and the roof had holes in it- Broken Facilities (Lights, Soap dispenser )- Whole area needs a tidy up. ( Old bikes and mattresses were strewn about )- 1 Washer and Dryer for all the rooms

Overall, the places is great. The only problem is some of the tenants were smoking marijuana so there was a strong order of marijuana.

Friendly staff, easy process, clean property and surroundings, easy access to places.Would have been great if there was housekeeping staff available to change/ clean bedsheets, towels, rubbish bin for hygiene purposes.
