All the facilities were excellent and extremely clean including restaurant catering to all needs and quite a variety is available. The rooms are extremely clean and the cleaning ladies are incredibly sweet. The Conceirge was very helpful in answering all our questions and really friendly. However the animation team is what really sells this place, by 3 luxurious pools that are well maintained they entertain all the guests and are very interactive making you feel like VIPs at every turn incredibly helpful, Ramazan in particular was engaging with all the guests and making an incredibly positive impact on our holiday
