The property is clean and I had a comfortable stay with my family.

Clean, great. Maybe just not enough furniture to accomodate luggage lifted from the floor.

Clean room, comfortable bed and great location

Spotless clean, has everything that you may need for a short stay (I stayed for couple of nights for work purpose) .Thank you to the host!

Easy self-check in system, with great communication from manager. The unit was clean and excellent value for money. Parking on-site and on-street was no problem. Thank You.

The apartment was renovated and very clean. It was stylish and parking onsite was great. Location was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. I could not find a dustpan and broom which could have helped me sweep up some crumbs off the lovely new carpet. The towels were fluffy and white. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It was so easy to check in and much bigger than we had expected. Two decent sized bedrooms. Smallish kitchen but who needs a big one on holiday. Nice bathroom. Everything was very clean and the bedding looked fresh and clean. Bed super comfortable. The area is Ok - nothing flash but handy to town. I’d certainly recommend for a night or two here. Vivian was very welcoming.

A very nice stay

Nice and quiet, good bed, smart tv was good, room is on the small side, smelt like curry wasn't pleasant as you could smell it through everything, although reasonably clean, did the job for a nights stay.Would most likely stay in bigger unit next time. Host was good to speak with and cheked us in early.

Enjoyable stay at Avon Apartments. The occupants in the next unit were not very considerate as they made considerable noise early in the morning, however it was still a positive experience overall. We didn't realise that the chiefs were playing at nearby FMG Stadium until we arrived back to find all of the street parking was occupied. Luckily there was still an off street parking space available.

Convenient location in quiet street.

Love staying here, as I come down to Hamilton a lot for work. The room is always tidy and clean. The cleaning staff that are there during the day are lovely and approachable. The manager is always kind and helpful when giving me my room details. Will always recommend Avon Apartments to friends and family when they need a place to stay, as they have different size rooms available for all your travel needs. The one thing that I wish they had more of is carparks. For the most part you can usually get a park on the property but sometimes when it’s really busy, all 5 carparks have been taken which is the only con to staying at the Avon Apartments. I understand that it might be 1 carpark per room, which is fine for me when I travel alone, but other people might take 2, leaving no where to park for me. Otherwise Avon Apartments is amazing! 10/10 overall 😊😊

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located not too far from the CBD.Self-check-in was easy once explained by the helpful person on the premises. We had been travelling for hours so hadn't checked our email or else we would already have known about the check-in (or if we were people who use smart-phones).Absolutely great value and I will book this place again if we need to stop over in Hamilton.

A great place to stay in Hamilton

Very close to all the amenities..Pak 'n' Save Woolworths laundromat which was really convenient especially when you have an infant just a stroll away..Our room was on the top floor but you had access to stairs, unfortunately that was an inconvenience due to having a lot of luggage because we were returning back to Australia..other than that the room was Ideal and had all the necessities required happy with that..

Air conditioning wasn't that good no but for the price of the room I didn't expect perfect for stopped there are plenty of windows you can open. There aren't that many shops nearby but the stadium is right there and it's pretty cool.
