Great place with wonderful hosts (Branka and Kristian)! Experience you will never forget. Teste of liquor is superior and distillery visit was unforgettable. Definitely a must if you're visiting this area

Every single person that works here has a good heart, sense of humor and they’ll do anything they can to accomodate you and to make sure you’re having a good time. Easy to chill, plenty of space, not too busy, reasonably priced, perfect location and full of colours and positivity! I’d come back if back in Gili T easily. So comfortable and it looks so cute!!!!

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and so wished we could have stayed for longer. The place was clean and the room lovely with an outdoor bathroom and big, comfy bed. What really made the place though was the staff the three gentleman in charge of the daily running or the bungalows were fantastic. Everyone on Gili is very relaxed and they really make you chill out with them; breakfast is delivered to your door whenever you like it 8am or 8pm and they offer you fantastic advice of the local area. In the evening before you head out they'll offer you to sit with them and talk whilst they catch up and play the guitar and it's great to get to know them better...certainly worth doing. They're a real credit to the owner and Gili. 

We were a little worried by the lack of reviews on here in general but I think thua is becaise there are only 2 or 3 bungalows in total....all in all they offer a great place to stay in Gili T.

The only one recommendation I would have although by no means a deal changer on all of the above would be a mirror in the bedroom as well as the bathroom just to allow you to get ready in either room.

Perfect stay - Great staff 

Great place

It was a basic place, well located and not that expensive. We never had breakfast there so we can’t rate that. There where a lot of bugs in the room and it was close to the mosque so we were waken up at 4am every night.

I stayed here and was sexually harassed by one worker. He persistently kept trying to kiss me, then he came into my room while I was sleeping and again in the morning. I screamed at him to get out and had to physically kick him off the bed and only when I started yelling he would back off for fear of other guests hearing me. I tried to tell the manager in charge who told me the owner was off-site. I told him I didn't want to pay because that was totally inappropriate behavior and not a safe place to stay but I had to. Apparently the owner said to the manager, "that's not my problem." The manager said the owner would take it out of their salary so a third worker literally stalked me on the island until I paid. Well there's no police and I still had to pay for my room and apparently it's not the owners problem but it should be if he has workers sneaking into guests rooms uninvited... That's totally disgusting. The owner's response is also appalling and now it is his problem. The worker who harassed me should have been fired and take his salary to refund me for this really terrible stay where I didn't have privacy or safety in my own room. I hope this post deters people from booking here. This is absolutely not ok please don't support aura OR puri Sayang bungalows... Same owner and workers. Most traumatic shocking hotel experience of my life.

I never write reviews, but really felt that I needed to share this with any other women that may be thinking about staying here. I was recommended to stay here after attempting to extend my stay at Gili Castle and it being full. At first, the staff (3-4 men) were very helpful and welcoming. There are only about 3 rooms here and I seemed to be the only one staying here. Later in the evening I realized my air con wasn’t working and asked them to fix it. One of the men came to my room and as he was fixing it began to ask me if I was alone, if I was single, and if I wanted a boyfriend all while touching my leg as I sat on my bed. He then tried to show me where his room was (right next to mine).This obviously made me uncomfortable and I asked him to leave so I could get ready to meet my friends. He then started to knock on my door and call my name and I asked him to leave again. As I left, he asked me if I was coming back alone. I ignored him. When I came back after some drinks with my friends around 3am he was knocking on my door again and standing outside of my window making strange sounds. When I went outside to tell him to leave he took my hand and told me to come to his room. My friends and I took my stuff and I went to stay with them. As a woman traveling alone I felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe staying here. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in Indonesia or ever while traveling.
