great location, but the service was appalling! I was meant to receive access code in advance by email, which didn't happen. I tried calling on the day, no reply. I received the correct code after multiple text messages, which was extremely frustrating. A small dirty shared bathroom, which doesnt work and a cleaner who wakes you up 3 hours before the check out time. Apart from the location, there is hardly anything worth recommending about the place

Had difficulty getting access to the place, you need a access code, I did not receive a e-mail or text from them.Had help from a friendly Polish couple who helped me contact the owners.

The room was nothing like pictures. Much smaller and claustrophobic. No bathroom. I arrived in the evening to find out that next door was big group of Ukrainian men. They were very noisy and i didn't feel safe there. I couldn't even imagine to spend the night there. I end up leaving and booking another hotel that night. Definitely Im not recommending this place to anybody. This should be listed as cheap hostel.

The worst hotel experience in all my life.The room it's so hot, the sun burning you in the morning, the cooler don't works, if you have a problem nobody helps you becouse don't exist reception desk, the email say cheout at 14 and at 9 am a engry lady knok the door, she fonts speak English and șe was so discussing, the che inn its so fkng late(3pm) whiteout exceptions.I would never go back even if they will pay me, never.

Worst hotel experience in my life.

The hotel owner was not reachable by phone for the whole period I spent there. I had a horrible night sleeping in a room without any working ventilation system, and no windows. I called the hotel owner with the phone number given in the contact section, but it was always off.

we were given the wrong code and unable to access the room and therefore left on the street that night. The accommodation would not answer the phone. Unacceptable.

Disgusting place, walked in and straight back out with no refund!

I not again come at Hostel Cttic Studio. I don’t liked room roof.

Lousy service. Lot of issues while checking in. Absolutely unhappy

First we ordered a room with private bathroom ,  but when we arrived we found out that there was no private bathroom. We called the reservation desk to asked for a change, but got an uncleaned room so we cannot check in earlier even we paid extra 50 zl to check in. The bathroom in the new room didn’t have a door and the toilet can’t flash. And also the payment on Hotels.com was wrong , we paid and got a email like after a week to charge extra 96 zl for the cleaning and towels etc.They rent the room when they were doing some painting and decorating inside , so the environment is really untidy.They also don’t have an elevator so you have to carry your own thing to the fourth floor by yourself and the stairs are small and not flat.
