This apartment/hotel has great features: - excellent location in K-damm and right near subway to get to other places - roomy sitting area and kitchen with all amenities you need - terrace/balcony to sit out on - TV/stereo - modern, funky apartment -helpful staff at reception Only downside is that the bedroom was very small but not a big deal - bed was comfortable. Very reasonable for Berlin. Would recommend/return.
