Armhi 

I stayed 1 night at the Armkhi Hotel. It is an odd pyramid-shaped building high up a hill with a great view across a valley. There is a large outside terrace where you can eat and drink but also a big dining room. The day that I arrived there had been a power cut for most of the afternoon and the main lifts were still not functioning and many rooms not serviced because sheets and towels could not be washed and dried. Fortunately, the power was back on by the time that I got there and a smaller service lift was functioning so I didn’t have to drag a bag up to the 5th floor. My room was fairly standard with twin beds, desk and chair and a small balcony with the perfect view of the mountains opposite. The bathroom was old fashioned but functional and I loved having a full sized vanity top to hold my toiletries. The shower was over the bath. There was very good, fast wifi. Others reported that the connection was erratic but it worked perfectly for me. Not much English is spoken but two lovely teenage girls offered to do my laundry for a very reasonable sum using a combination of gestures and a translation app and they did a great job returning everything a few hours later. The breakfast had good choices but was a bit late, not starting until 8AM. The Armkhi is a little plain inside with a few scuff marks but the view makes up for a lot and the dining staff and the room cleaner are jolly and helpful.
