Excellent stay here- clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to grocery store and transit, an excellent place to stay

Great. I enjoyed the pot for making hot water.

Easy check in, the manager is helpful. We booked room Junior suite and the room was clean and huge. Full kitchen access but we cant feel any heater at all, according to the person in charge in reception it was set on 21 celsius, the heater. The hotel is perfectly situated on bus to airport and city bus stop just 3 mins walk. There is a lot of dining options within walking distance. Hotel is infront of groceries and shopping mall, that it makes your stay more convenient. Affordable hotel, good service, to enjoy your Stockholm trip.

Clean, roomy, and quiet. Single person on a business trip. The staff helped accommodate an early check in, as I have a long trip from Australia, arriving in the morning.

This an excellent long stay hotel. Excellent communication before and durinh the visit to avoid misunderstandings. They could offer ro educate other hotels in this. That's how good they are.Also, for the price range, the rooms are equipped and offer a comfort level that is well above par. Good beds, fresh and clean rooms with modern kitchen appliancies and a cozy feel makes this to more than a hotel. It becomes a hone away from home. with a fridge, inductuon stove, pans, chef knives, and what-not, you'll easily fix a hotel breakfast both cheaper and better than your usual continental breakfast.This is the best longstay hotel I've found so far during all my years of travelling at this price range. Bonus is restaurant (sports bar) in the building, low price food store across the street (100m), and several restaurants and a lot of service within a few minutes walk.

Room and everything, was super clean and in good condition. On the 5th floor also quiet. Love to come back!

Highly recommended

I loved that it is so close to public transportation. The accommodations were perfect for us. It was nice to have a microwave, fridge, hot plate, and dishwasher. Dishes and pots and pans were also provided. The room was very clean. It was also nice to have laundry facilities on site. Lots of cabinet space. Would definitely stay here again!

Great value for a great price!No physical check-in, everything needed was provided for smooth self check-in and check-out.Just small things missing from the apartment guides (like ironing board), and checkout was quite early (10 in the morning), compared to the usual 12. Location was great and peaceful with stores, cafes and restaurants within 50m. Easy public transport as well.Would come again!

Great quality for great price!

Communication from the hotel was excellent, and the whole experience was easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The only issue was that I could not get the wifi to work during my whole visit, even following the directions to reset it. I didn't even attempt to ask for help though, so that's on me.

It was my first stay in the Arkaden hotel due to my regular hotel being closed down during the pandemic.From the moment I walked in , it was just a pleasant experience. I was greeted by the manager, who showed me to my room and explained everything to me . I also had an upgrade on my room which was quite nice . The apartments have a fantastic size , they are very clean , and the bathroom/ shower room was very clean , and had a good size .I will definitely come back , thank you so much for everything. It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel .

I stayed at Arkaden many times, both short and long stays, and I must say that the hotel is quite wonderful. The hotel is rather new and has everything in excellent condition: the rooms are large, tastefully decorated and very bright (with tall and beautiful windows), everything is spotless clean, the hotel is quiet and very safe. It is close to many shops and restaurants. Moreover, it is very easy to get to the airport and Stockholm, as the bus stop is right across the street and the train station is within walking distance. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager, Sofiene Ellouze, is very professional, very welcoming, and always available, either by phone or in person, to make your stay more comfortable. He sent us complete directions for an easy self-check in, which was very convenient. I will definitely return.

It was a very comfortable and clean hotel. You check in and out autmatically based on the info sent prior to you arrival. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all necessary equipment. We were staying in the large apartment, we had a washing and drying machines, too, but there is a shared room where you can wash. It is in the center of Marsta. The hotel manager is a very helpful, he helped us in everything when we needed. I can definitely recommend this place to stay, good value for money.

Long stay in the apartment

Really like this Hotel, I’ve been twice now, and will use it every time I’m working in Rosersberg. The apartment is really nice and clean. No contact on arrival, you pick your key up from a lock box with a code. Hand sanitizer available at lift and doors. The hotel manager is available should you have any issues and are Very keen to help you if you have any issues. Plus you have anything you want locally. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars all within stones throw.

I stayed here for 14 days and the experience and service has been great. The first apartment i booked had no windows, and i easily upgraded it to another room. Then manager has been amazing, accomodating and easy to get on hold of on whatsapp.  The apartment is in a very high standard. The batheoom super fredh. All the amenities needed are in the room and the facilities to wash clothes was excellent. The beds where comfortable and TV great as you could connect your Netflix to the SMART TV. It was very quiet, and well isolatef, there where no distrubance at all. Close to bus stops that takes you to the city train station in less than 5 minutes. Märsta Center is across the street where you can easily buy your groceries and pharmacy if needed. A few restaurants nearby. I would come and stay again and recommend it to anyone.
