Excellent stay. Very friendly and welcoming. Didn't want to leave!

Everything was great. I absolutely loved the breakfast selection! Very friendly and helpful staff. They even helped me make a reservation at a local popular restaurant. The room was perfect and comfortable. It was 4 minutes walking from where I had to meet my tour group so I was very happy.

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Place was clean, cute and quiet. Very walkable to town. Lovely! Will come back for sure!

Stayed here for one night on our road trip through Scotland.  Very nice, quiet and clean ! I loved it! Easy parking right outside of the place. Free parking from 5 pm-10 am . Differently recommend staying here.

Very friendly staff. Very clean accommodation. We didn't have the breakfast as I don't eat it but it certainly smelled amazing. Have had it in the past and it was well worth the money. Room if anything was too hot. Bed comfortable. Very close to main shopping area with lots of places to eat. Close to Eden Court Theatre if you fancied an evening out. We try and stay there every time we are in Inverness. This is our fourth time now. Would thoroughly recommend it but book quickly as very popular.

Very handy location for the centre of Town and Eden Court and hood riverside walks. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Very cute place. Room was a nice size and very comfortable. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is within easy walking distance to stores, restaurants, pubs etc. Definitely will stay here again.

I got a good deal on a last minute booking for passing through Inverness. If you want to be close to the old town area, this is an easy 12-15 minute walk across the bridge. The room was simple and small, but good enough for a quick stay. The shower was small in my room, which might be a problem for a big person. The lady at the front desk was helpful to suggest places to go for supper. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, but I was disappointed there wasn’t any fresh fruit or fruit salad. My room was very warm when I checked in, so I just turned off the heat and opened the window. I would go back if I needed another affordable stay in Inverness.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The property was well maintained. I had breakfast on 1 of the 3 days due to a very early tour. It was fine and hearty. The only thing...the noise...fire doors to rooms slamming as people came in. Shaking the whole place. I wish there was a way to fix that so they dont "auto-slam." Also, people from all over the world have one annoying habit in common: being loud in the corriders of hotels, no matter the time of night. Not the hotel's fault, just humanity.. all in all, a pleasant stay.

Inverness visit

This is a budget-minded "in-town" hotel. Great staff, quiet rooms and a nice breakfast. Parking is on the street and works with a two hour meter payment from 3-5 pm every day. It worked fine for me and I would stay there again. It is  budget friendly place and a good value. The room was basic but that is all I need and this is a older place but still a great place.

Absolutely beautiful property and we hope to visit again. Checkin was easy and we were given several recommendations for things that interested us. The location is perfect and central for the tourist, the property has all the convenience of a major hotel even as a guest house. No problems with street parking, can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful

I was impressed immediately upon entering our room. It was clean, bright and pretty. We had a family room so the girls had their own twin beds in a shared wall area, complete with nice closet and unique architecture. They slept well. We used the towel warmer and the shower was good, just not the greatest water pressure. The wifi was good. The location was quaint and close enough to downtown Inverness to walk easily. We were welcomed kindly and greeted when we returned from our tour. My only real complaint is that the main bed was the least comfortable out of five so far on our journey. It is super small and the mattress is sorry. Had that not been the case, we would have truly enjoyed our stay.

Uncomfortable main bed, very good otherwise

Showers were extremely small. Hotel itself was clean, no issues there. WiFi spotty at times. Large TV, which was a plus. Staff polite, but not overly friendly. Loud outside at times, but to be expected near by downtown Inverness. Breakfast was included in our stay and was good. Would have loved a mini refrigerator, but that does not seem to be the norm, also ice seems to be an issue, as if asking for it was the oddest request. Overall not a bad stay and priced reasonably

This nice small hotel is very walkable with on-street parking right out front overnight. You do have to move the car to the end of the block for parking during the day for a small charge. The breakfast is lovely. The room is quite large by European standards. The wifi is iffy especially during busy times. Overall, we recommend this as a place to stay in lovely Inverness. It is quite convenient.

This was a comfortable room in a central location near the waterfront and some of city's best restaurants (particularly the Kitchen). Most guesthouses in this price range have the obligatory uncomfortable dining chair, but this room had a comfortable armchair which is a godsend for those of us with chronic back pain. I would definitely recommend it for that reason alone.

The hotel was recommended by the hairy cow trip we were on. Arrived pretty late. Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and chatty.  The room was immaculate, beds were comfortable, plenty tea and coffee.Breakfast smelt amazing but we had early starts so didn’t have time. There is a small bakery round the corner that came in handy with some amazing pastries.
