April 2022 - The room facility was reasonable, and the location was fantastic (right by the Grand Mosque) , amenities were all great (money exchange, KFC etc all across the road. The issue is that when we checked in, no one gave us any information about the hotel facility, where the restaurant is located and the time to attend. We were just told to get to our room and someone will contact us (the concierge was not even busy at the time). My son who is autistic, his pram went missing (or lost on a trip) and the only option for him is to take a wheelchair. We booked the wheelchair in the hotel on 3 occasions and each time they told us they had run out of it (regardless of making a booking). The very last time they explained to us that the wheelchairs are for old people only and not for children.  I explained to them about my son and how autistics work and affect him but they had no clue what I was talking about. I went to speak to their hotel supervisor/manager and asked him if he knew what autism is and he said no but apologized for the staff's mis-understanding then said the same thing "wheelchairs are for elderly". I had a card translated into Arabic about autism but they said they have not heard about autism before.  I dont know if they genuinly never heard about autism or just playing dumb! Very disappointed that they only supply wheelchairs to elderly!

No Autism / Disability Awareness

The hotel has a superb location close to Haram and you will have perfect view from your room if you have booked Haram view room. Service is very nice and polite. I didn't used a restaurant. Parking was very good with elevator connection.

Exceptional view

Marooj at front desk helped us out with early check-in and arranged two rooms on the same floor. She upgraded our rooms to Haram view. Lots of love and prayers for sucha nice young lady. This is our second time going to this hotel. I will recommend all of our friends and family to go back to this place. The housekeeping is excellent on fourth floor. Haram is super close by, few steps away. There are many restaurants close by. Truly a five star experience. The entire customer service of this hotel is excellent.

Great location and excellent customer service

Absolutely spot on,brilliant location,clean,comfy beds,superb brekfast,staff are so helpful,On arrival we were upgraded to a suite facing the haram, with executive lounge access. throughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Millennium Taiba Hotel

We stayed in Dec - overall good - however the room condition were not that good - compared to pullman. location is good but it is a nightmare for the taxi drivers to find. Hisham at the front desk was very helpful - highly commendable. Breakfast could have been better organised. they are very strict about the finishing time at 10am.

Average to Good

unprofessional staff in the reception and sometimes you find a trainee alone with no help. Delayed or poor service whenever you request. Poor coffee machine with no coffee capsule or not functioning well. No boiler for tea.

Hotel is very near to haram. Haram view rooms available also. Very good and clean hotel.
Exellent breakfast with lot of varities. Staff at reception are cooperative. Room cleaning staff & dining room staff also cooperative. Fulfil every reasonable demands. Really worth of money.
Stayed in 2018 also. Will definate look in future stay. 3-4 minutes walk to enterharam premise & 2 minutes to enter in haram sehan. Rooms are specious and well maintained. Really enjoyed at Madinah stay. Suggest to becime a hotel member at hotel mobile app and get offers to save money

Exellent

This place is close to masjid nabawi and has a decent breakfast. We were also lucky to get decently comfortable beds. But that's where the benefits end. 

This hotel was very disgusting. My sister got sick and we believe it has to do with the mold smell in the room. When we first entered we noticed the room was dirty they don't vacuum and the sheets had stains. The housekeeper couldn't be bothered to come 2 out of the 5 days we were there even when I called and went to him directly to ask for cleaning. The days he did come he wouldn't do anything other than empty trash and give new water and towels. No wiping, sweeping, switching sheets, etc. He'll lift the blanket and not make the bed properly. I once asked for clean cups for the coffee machine (broken) and he never replaced it. I spoke to reception and they were dismissive and said all hotels in Madina are this way due to understaffing. This is simply untrue I would see the housekeeper on our floor from fajr to Isha walking aimlessly around the floor sometimes wiping the fire extinguisher?? That needs more cleaning than the rooms he's not cleaning??!

When I spoke to the rest of our tour group they said they had similar issues and learned that it they tip the cleaners that's when they do their job. Well I refuse to tip someone just to do the bare minimum of what their job is.

Bad experience with terrible service 

Service must be drastically improved, in both attitude and standards. Often noone answers the phone at reception. Escalator broken for many days in a row. Housekeeping has to be requested. Coffee capsules and water not replenished regularly, only upon request. Sometimes concierge and valet desk unmanned. Quite a few staff speak neither English nor Arabic. Breakfast: quantity, but little quality. This is at best three star-level, certainly not more.

Not a five star by any standard

The hotel itself nice as a building, located at gate 6, very close to Almasjed Alnabawi, there is a big room to improv the services, when you call no one attending the call, if they answer they ask you to call the engineer or the housekeeping if you have any issue, safe box not working, no one able to fixed it, we forgot an item in the room, they asked for the contact number for the feedback, they promised to call, after 24 hours waiting for their call, we called back after several times, finally someone attended the call, they mentioned nothing found, I have requested to speak with the general manager they mentioned he is not available,  honesty not recommended at all for the services
