The staff at Angelos Rooms are charming people. Mr. Stratos is very helpful, and the property manager is very kind and helpful. 
We stayed in a double room for more than a week. We paid 34 euros per night given in the middle of July when the prices were very high.  The room and bathroom were clean, and the room was spacious, for two persons at least.  Do not expect any luxury room, though. The property is close to a bakery. Just a 3-minute walk to get delicious warm baked goods and bread. Down the road, there is also a lovely cafe called "Mikro cafe" with a front sea view where you can sit and relax. The property is close to the Market and Platz beach. The price per night for summer is reasonably cheap given the high season. We will stay there again if we have the chance to come back to Mytilini in the summer.

Beautiful summer holiday

In short: dirty, tiny, expensive. You choose this room only if your other option is to sleep at the street 
Ekaterina is quite a rude madam..
We had to move in at 12, she called us at 11 and said we cannot move in until 5-6pm so we should come later or she would give us some other room etc. 
We actually called her 2 weeks  before booking to learn the details as we couldn’t understand from the pictures if the place would be warm in winter period etc. she asked us not to book from booking.com or other websites (not to pay commission I presume) and send 100€ directly to her account. She gave us the room for 26€ per night. We spent there 2 nights as we had to leave due to our issues (I was even happy about it!!!) and asked us to give the rest of the money back. She gave us 20€(!) back taking for each night whole 40€, all in all 80€ for 1 day and 2 nights, explaining she cannot give it for rent and she would loose the money, very strange taking into consideration only 2 rooms including our were occupied when we were there.. 
Dirty oily curtain, old rubbish wardrobe and the most important - the room is about 3x3, so it’s either a room for one person or for two dwarfs. Never again!!!

Better at the street

Angelos rooms is a 20 minute walk from the bus station and the main harbour. Our double room was uncomfortable small with a very small bathroom, AC, fridge, no balcony. The owner is friendly. The price is to high for the poor quality. Only if you have to stay in town for one night and other options are full.

For one night

Location is a bit of an issue but i liked the hotel. Actually i like the owners more than the hotel. Which makes you ignore the negatives on the place. The offered me my first Greek beer for free.  Kind and generous man .  Dont be afraid of the dog in the garden. Cutest and friendliest dog I have ever seen. Stay in this hotel. but do not expect luxurious facility. I would do again! Thank you

Kind people!

I am an agent who travels around a lot!  I have to visit also Lesvos because of the customers which I have in this island!  The staff, Mrs Katerina and Stratos (and their lovely dog) are both sweethearts!  Every time I have asked for something they were always there for me!  The rooms are very clean and there is always a parking spot around the area!  I think this is very important because every time I had to come back form work I was exhausted and I wanted to park close to the hotel in order to get some rest!   The price compare to the facilities of the resort is very low and I am sure that if somebody wants to combine a lovely place to stay, quiet, clean, helpful staff and cheap as well, Angelos Rooms is the best place to be!  I highly recommend it and I am sure that nobody will feel disappointed for this choice!   There is also a nice bakery store 30 meters away from the hotel in order to get some snack for breakfast!

The best ''family operation'' ever

it was a cheap solution for us to in lesvos. the room was clean and facilities were pretty good. staff were so helpfull. they suggested us couple of places and helped us about our trip. they keep our luggage during our travel in the island. i can suggest this place for good value.

We used two double room for only one night.It s a cheap solution near the center of the town(5min by car).You can't find easily space for parking but you can park for free in the area.If you want just a bed for the night and don't want to pay more, go for it. Otherwise if it was for more than one night I wouldn't have chosen the specific room. It's clean...(but need a lot of improvements).Hesitate to recommend it.
