This is a clean and comfortable hotel/hostel with rooms arranged around a central courtyard . It is situated within a stone's throw of a long sandy beach with constant crashing surf. The busy centre of Pangandaran is about 11/2 kilometres, the only mode of transport being on foot or by motor bike. The down side was that they don't normally offer breakfast although there are road side eating places where you can buy delicious Indonesian food. The manager, Mr Bagus was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay, arranging motor bikes transport for us to restaurants and shops in town. We enjoyed trips to The Green Canyon and the river where we were able to body surf. Fish is excellent in this area, fresh and delicious. Altogether an excellent place to stay.
