Small comfortable room with On suit shower room. Tea and coffee supplied. Easy parking in nearby streets, £5 day ticket great for buses. The bus stops were close to the hotel maybe 5mins walk. Many buses to north Bridge for royal mile then 1/2 the bus routes for Princess Street the others went down Leith Walk.
