Ali Bey Resort Sorgun - Ultra All Inclusive 

This is quite a large hotel, we are usually there off peak and typically 50 % occupancy so fully occupied might be different. Road access is easy with frequent busses to the surrounding towns and Roman sites. The local pharmacy is usually open on holidays. The excellent local hospital provides care we in the UK can only dream about at acceptable prices. Eg the 40 day review gets lost in the nhs offer of an appointment in six + months. The 'resort' is large with about six 3 storey blocks close packed in cleverly landscaped grounds so that each room is hidden from the adjacent buildings. Lots of bars /snacks/ paticerie, pools, games etc lovely quiet adult pools close to a bar and huge pools for the gregarious. The staff are universally excellent, no need, but tip often, they need/ deserve it. Change is hard to get, $ bills and UK notes best imported. The ATM takes Sterling notes and gives excellent rates, Make large purchases as rounding errors on eg £20 spoils the rate offered. Dining is usually busy but the staff cope; a wide selection and usually a carvery too gives choice, the desert section that is nearly as big as the hot food area offers rather too much choice. I think that there is a beach but l never got there.
