I booked the hotel with three of my siblings, and we didn’t set our expectations high. Honestly, the hotel was more than wonderful. It gives you a real feeling of home, even though I come from a very different background (I came from Saudi Arabia). I really loved the place — it felt very warm and intimate. We took two rooms, London and Rome. Because of how beautiful the place was, on our first day in the city we decided to stay in and not go out. The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful, especially Anna. My sister asked her if she could write her a card, and she didn’t just write one for my sister — she wrote cards for all of us. If I ever return to Saint Petersburg, I will definitely come back to this more-than-wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you to the Alexander House team, and thank you Anna.
